He was first signed by the Bengals June 10th, 2014. He was cut but was signed by the Giants on October 14th, 2014 to their practice squad. He signed a future/reserve contract with us on Jan 13th, which means he has never been a Raven. I really don't think signing a future/reserve contract means anything and to label a player regardless of team apart of the team is stupid.

Though at least the reporter mentioned he signed a future/reserve contract and never was with the team.

I like Hampton but that's inexcusable. Harbaugh was clear before the off-season and I think this spells his end before it begins

Actually it seems like at least half of those comments are generic, and the ones who say something about the Ravens are not exactly getting liked.  Come on, you guys know there's trolls out there from every teams' bitter rivals just waiting to pile on any bad news.  If he'd been a Patriot, you'd get comments from Bills, Jets, Dolphins fans about how the patriots are cheaters, Spygate, etc.

Here a guy has the potential to make a VERY GOOD living and have a job that many, many, many dream of but will never see, and he makes decisions like this.

When I saw this on bleacher report I'm like I don't even know who he is, name doesn't even ring a practice squad bell. And it's a Bengals picture. Then I noticed a separate article that he signed a future reserve deal with us early in the day. So I guess the guy went party and celebrate.

Should just cut him now, as an example.

How the heck does mis-information like that get "out there"? We signed him to a reserve future deal in January, which means he's never actually been on the team.
