iPad app issues

I tried emailing the makers of the iPad app, but received no response or assistance. I can't hear any sound whatsoever on the Ravens app for the iPad. I checked my iPad settings and everything else works for other applications that I have. Is there a way this can be fixed? I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it didn't fix the issue.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? I have the iPad 3.

I use an iPad mini, and asked Mod 3 but both of use the full site view and the only problem I have is with LFW and the auto-play videos crash and that has been since the iOS update. I will pass it on.
