2015 Forum Mock: Discussion Thread

Its funny, I was looking at some of my old forum mock stuff the other day and I got Norman in the FFA 2 years ago for a rule of 51 contract.

 

I have to be honest.. when I first was looking, I was worried I traded him for some mediocre player. I was very relieved when I didn't.

I drafted Norman in the 10th round of the 2015 DAF.  I had Sherman and Norman as my CB and Cousins as my QB picked late.

I know the first 2 teams I want to target and have pretty good idea of what I want to do with them. Either would require very high pick though.

I knew someone was going to say that.  Don't want them either, but atleast I'd have a high draft pick and an assistant who is a moneyball expert!

I have my top 3 teams figured out. After that, who knows. I had one of the later picks last years (and got the Saints and the worst cap situation), so I'm hoping I get rewarded with a high pick this year.

Well yeah that's true lol. But hey, when they were healthy, that's a pretty nice group.

I have some ideas, but I'm not going to post it at this point.  I had a team the skins last year and they didn't have an over abundance of cap space and I'd like a team with a lot of cap space this year.

So, giant rookie mistakes in this game are common then?

Though, that's not nearly as bad. At least that is a mess up with players that you don't know their exact skill level

You also traded me Kyle Williams for a 6th round pick.  Granted, Williams got hurt, but that was a rough one for you.

I cut him because I reacted stupidly to him jumping offsides in the Super Bowl lol. Then a couple years prior I traded away Eugene Monroe for a third, and at the time everyone said it was bad because I should have traded him for higher then that. Then Jacksonville gave him to us for a 4th & 5th so I didn't look as stupid after that. 

 

This year, I will not do anything stupid in this year's game lol.
