They should just title all this nfl pregame show "we love the patriots"

Ugh.

That is the reason I am not watching a thing until 6:00

Really ... the media hype machine is sickening. I have to say I don't even watch that stuff if the Ravens are involved. Just give me the game, please.

My friend wants to give me Seahawks and 2 points. The wager is who is buying dinner at Mortons. Should I accept this offer? This game could go so many ways but I feel Seattle might be able to blow them out.

I don't know. I think Seattle has the means to blow them out, but I just feel like the Pats are going to complete the nightmare and "find a way" to win. That way, this championship gets talked about for years, as the champion with the cloud hanging over it.

Who knows what cheap little wrinkle the Johnny Cochrane of football will come up with today. Some new loophole the league will have to draft new rules to fill.

Me either, I bet they are ignoring the fact Hernandez's trial is underway to ensure the Patriots are put in a positive vibe.

The Seahawks are absolutely loving it. This is why I hope the Patriots win so maybe Brady and Bill retire so we don't have to hear no more lovefest about the Patriots.

This is absolutely the only thing I would be happy about a patriots win

Absolutely praying this game is going to lift my spirits.... but my feelings  no it wont ..... I have had a bad bad weekend...

awww sorry to hear that. I'm having a bad week - not sure this game can lift my spirits as there is no good outcome. If Seattle wins, we get to hear about how they're a dynasty because they've been relevant all of 3 years plus how Wilson is "elite" when throwing 4 INTs.

Then there is NE...blech. LOL

I predicted 35-17 Seahawks. Lesser of two evils and all that lol

I flipped between sides repeatedly since the championship round, but Bill Simmons' latest column iced it for me: go Seahawks!

I don't care for the Seahawks but the Patriots are an irredeemable form of disgusting. Go Seahawks all the way.

This NBC pregame is annoying me because they keep showing clips from the divisional game. God our secondary is so bad.

Still think Patriots win this game. Seahawks are big and fast, but the Patriots are just better football players, plain and simple. I still support most of the coaches and players there, even though Deflategate is pretty damning. Guys like Solder, Hightower, and Ninkovich had nothing to do with that. The Pats are a very good, complete team. And maybe if they win, Brady will retire and be done with it.

By the way, I still think Deflategate is all on Brady. I hate that it's on BB's record.

Not to mention, the Patriots tend to do even better when the chips are down and the world's against them. After Spygate happened, they went 16-0. They'll play with something to prove.

Can't bring myself to watch anything NFL-related until the actual game. Kitten Bowl is so absurd it's awesome. Also, kittens.

Apparently Belichick owns something that is not a hoody or sweater after all! It's just casual Sunday for Belichick,

Last year Malcolm Smith came out of nowhere to win the Super Bowl MVP. Even when it was announced, everyone outside of Seattle had to do a double take and ask who Malcolm Smith was. Who could be the unknown player who very well could take home Super Bowl MVP?

Roger Goodell looks like a bigger hypocrite now. Tells the players they have to talk to the media, fines Lynch for not doing so and threatens to fine him again for doing it at Media Day.

Yet NBC reports that Goodell decided not to talk to the press and turned down a pregame interview with Bob Costas.

So Goodell can say no to the media but players are forced to to talk to the media? Ok Rog, I see how you play this game. Better fine yourself you big hypocrite.

I agree ... I think the Pats win. I believe Bellichick renewed his Faustian pact and gets one more before paying his end of the deal and perishing in eternal fire  :D
