Terrence Cody linked to animal cruelty probe

Per cbssports.com, Terrence Cody is under investigation for animal cruelty. I hate to jump conclusions, but this isn't the start to the offseason we wanted. Yes, I realize that we intend to terminate his contract after the Super Bowl, and that he was already scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent. But at this time, he is still a Raven. All I ask for is a clean offseason from every single one of our guys, and yet something like this comes up. Just adds to our reputation across the rest of the league, that I really really wish would start to turn around...hopefully nothing comes of this, and the investigation is simply due to past incidents in the NFL.
