Also it is being reported that Adrian Peterson is willing to restructure his contract if it means him being traded to a new team.

While there is still speculation on Brandon Marshall's future in Chicago, the Bears are bringing in Brian Hartline for a visit.

The entire NFC West is bidding for Darnell Dockett's services. He will decide today.

Miami may emerge as the favorite for Ndamukong Suh.

I wonder if another GM will take the blame for Rex Ryan team-creation if this explodes?

The Texans have informed long time Center Chris Myers that he will be released. Considering Denver's Center issues, if Kubiak will go after him.

Oh my! I'm really surprised by this move. I hope WE got after him. Forget Zuttah. We have no shot because I'm sure he wants to be reunited with Kubiak, but OH MAN. That would be too good here.

Saints are shopping LB Curtis Lofton and have released RB Pierre Thomas.

I don't think I gave you permission to shop my LB after you traded him to the Bears :P

Lol.  Saints need to find cap, they should look at what I did.  I was even able to add Revis.

Somehow, I don't think letting Brees go would be high on their list.

In other news, Peyton took $4 mil pay cut. Cue "Flacco should do it too" calls.

I'm cutthroat.  Makes too much for their awful cap situation.

Also here's a filler post that I will somehow tie free agency into lol. Andrew Luck has released his infamous neck beard from it's contract. He has apparently signed a contract with a mustache.

"thanks to flacco we have to cut the whole team, why cant he be a good sport and play for free?"

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Elway made that clear when he and Peyton met last month, take a paycut or we're moving on. Even went so far as to say "Osweiler is ready to go" in a presser.

All this "we'd love to see Peyton back, we're just waiting for him to make up his mind" was just more Elway bull-crap while they tried to push him out the door. God I hate that man.

Peyton wants the records, and he should have them.

But Denver's still looking at losing most of their Oline in FA, and as we saw last year, Peyton needs to stay 100% untouched to stay effective. Bet it gets real interesting halfway through the season when Kubiak's faced with the decision to bench him.

Th Patriots are declining the option in DT Vince Wilfork's contract, making him a free agent.

What if the Patriots know that Ngata is gonna get cut and will plan on signing him  :banana1:

Here's the link to his Twitter about what Wilfork said about his release. While he probably was the only thing about NE that had any class at all, he was also a great football player. If he's going to sit down with his family and discuss his future, I wouldn't be surprised to see him announce his retirement shortly.
