Guess who got released today

I thought Antonio Brown was kept fairly in check but I didn't think the Steelers were that frustrated with him.

Was it the one replaced by another kicker?

They were one of my favorite players although I had just come around on them what seems like a couple days ago

It was mainly that pass in the end zone I hear, they thought he should have come down with that

First there was Josh Scobee, now Kyle Brindza. The Buccaneers have released Kicker Kyle Brindza after he has missed 7 kicks the last two weeks.

Wonder if Jacksonville wants to add Jason Myers to the list.

If the Jags cut their kicker, it would be funny if they brought back Scobee

The Jags have a long list of bad decisions, but I'm pretty sure even they won't do something that dumb.

Bills signed him today.

LOL! You would think the Bills would never sign a field goal kicker again who misses in big time situations.

I think this new Extra Point rule just came with a consequence, it's weeding out the bad Kickers in a hurry lol. If you can't make a 30 some yard FG, which is equal to how long the Extra Point is, then good bye.

I figured Cundiff would end up getting signed but he'll just end up being cut again when he messes up. Forget QBs, Kickers may be the ones coming off the board in a hurry come April lol.

I know right! Wouldn't surprise me if two of them were picked in the first round.

We pretty much knew Jermichael Finley was retired but now it's official according to Adam Schefter. Finley has officially retired from the NFL.

Ian Rapport reports that the Browns have had discussions regarding trading away their 2 best lineman, Joe Thomas and Alex Mack.

I can see them moving Mack , considering his contract and they drafted Cameron erving in first round last year. Not so sure about moving Joe Thomas.

The thing that intruiges me is that we showed a very large interest in Mack last year in FA when we were trying to persue Monroe.

They won't move Thomas. An elite LT is very hard to come by.

Unlikely as it is, I'd give up a few draft picks for Mack. Maybe a 4th, 5th, and 3rd from next year. Not this draft.

I would do a straight swap Thomas/Mack for Monroe/Zutah and give 4th in '16 and '17 draft.

Maybe they can give Kruger and Mingo as well?

Talk about no faith in Geno Smith. With Ryan Fitzpatrick getting a thumb injury, Jets are already calling teams about quarterbacks.

LMAO! Do you blame them?

Anyone think this is where RG3 gets traded? Redskins seem bent on Cousins starting. I wouldn't be surprised if they contact the Colts about Hasselbeck considering he played well in Luck's absence. Maybe Tampa about Glennon.

Without meaning to sound stupid to those who have watched the NFL since the days they learnt to walk, why would a team want to trade some of their best players at this time of year?
