Which team has the worst cap situation, cause I'm pretty sure that's who Arnie will be stuck with lol. 

 

I'll have a good shot at getting the team I want picking at 6. Going to be interesting to see who picks the Ravens this year.

How do we get our starting cap? I know we have about 143 to start but where can we find the number that we use to subtract that starting number down to our actual starting cap?

Click on the team you want. Then go to salary cap table. Change the year to 2015

That's true, though the Cowboys could be fun if you have the time and you're up for a challenge (which obviously comes with the caveat of only being my opinion).

Don't stress cap space too much just yet.  It's important to consider what the current cap is plus the rollover, but it could get better or worse.  Last year, Spotrac did a major update a bit after the SB where some teams gained and lost space.  The Browns last year got $11M in extra cap room after those adjustments.  It's a good barometer, and the teams with tons of cap space usually gain a bit more, but be aware that the current numbers are not finalized.

So if I were to pick the bills I would go to spotrac's website. On the cap space section it says they have around 24,617 million. I would round that to 25 stars and that would (temporarily) be my total?

Everything rounds to the nearest 0.5 stars, either up or down.  24.617 would round to 24.5 stars

That was the ULTIMATE rebuild there.  I think I kept like 5 players from the original roster.

Free Agents is the one I look at most, as it either means you have a lot to do in terms of replacing players or very minimal. Then once I figure out if I have anyone worthy of the Franchise Tag, RFAs, then I factor in those numbers into the cap.and go from there.

Exactly.  Ozzie said he had thought Forsett lost a step and it was Kubiak's lobbying that was the reason for the signing.
