I could be keen, but I can't guarantee I'll have the time for it - especially in getting familiar with the team I'm given, watching draft tape, identifying FA/trade targets and executing moves in a timely fashion.

 

If you guys are at 31 players and need to get kick-started, drop me a line. Otherwise, I'll probably have to be that chump who sits on the sidelines and moans about everyone's pick. 

 

I can be a reserve and join if you are struggling to get enough people.

Grim and I are in talks about becoming a Decosta to his Ozzie if we'll both end up being strapped for time, but if he has to pull out fully I may be able to give it a go - and hope I get a team that doesn't need many adjustments.

 

If you still need someone in 24 hours' time, I'll step up. How's that?

Yeah, more like if I think I'll miss any time because of my military duty. Hopefully we'll be done by then, but I will have to do my two weeks this year and it could cost me time. I don't plan to pull out of the game, but it's more of a contingency if I feel I'll be away for an extended period. That's not good a while though.

Yeah. I just moved to Dubai and have a very different schedule. So I don't know if I have time to be online at the exact FA times. So if I could be the GM of a team that don't need a whole lot of restructuring or if you can't get the last couple of players, I'm in. No problem. Part of it is up to you guys.

I'm the same. I've just started a third job and, while I can [use your imagination] around in the office during one of them, the other two are pretty time-sensitive and the whole thing makes sleep in between shifts a bit more important than checking the boards in the way I'd like to (blasphemy I know).

 

I'd like to do it, and Grim's earlier post about only tweaking some rosters would make me feel better about committing, but if I get a team like the Raiders then expect them to be in the basement for a while longer.

That makes a bit more sense. If you like your chances of sticking around for most of the game I may roll with my earlier deal then and wait a day or so before committing. That way this thing can get started one way or another.

Goes without saying, but don't feel forced into it. We just know that you (and it goes for Geving, too) are one of the good ones around here.

i know their is a cetain type of free agent that you can tender and he is worth a certain draft pick. does that mean that if you lose that player then you get a draft pick in that round that he was valued?

How and when are we picking teams?

 

When is still TBD.  Once we're officially full, we'll figure that out.

 

How is a random order, draft style.  Someone (preferably out of the game, so no biases) will randomize the list from sign ups, and then we'll have a draft style team selection based on that.

Well for me, even getting the Saints is an upgrade with the situation I had last year lol. And then getting 32 for DAF(although picking back to back was nice), I could use some good luck on these things.
