Found this offseason simulator and thought it was fun to play around with. It's obviously not perfect or anything, but it might help give you a general idea of what a team needs to do.

As soon as they actually start making smart decisions and look promising they're a joke?

GM seems to be competent in regards to drafting players but hiring Del RIo as you said and and MUsgrave (seems like del rio picked him) is questionable to me. But we will find out eventually

It's funny looking at Ravensdan's signature lol. Here's another interesting tidbit from last year's game. He was the GM of the Giants, his first two picks, Zack Martin and DeMarcus Lawrence ended up being the first two picks of the Cowboys in real life lol.
