Agreed, as frustrating as it is, we havent set a timetable. therefor it hard to punish mh. Is unfair if he doesnt know at least give him saturday midday if he is goingt out tonight or smth like that

They're not that far away from being a legit team with a few smart decisions.  Carr looks like he could be the guy.  I'm not sold on Del Rio as an HC though.

Best bet is to just have someone message you when your up. It's a 12 hour time limit so you should be fine. If you know your not going to make it, send a list of teams to someone and they can pick for you.

Carr also has a horrible OL, which gives him little time to throw and not much at WR to whom he can throw. He's kinda handicapped.

Found this offseason simulator and thought it was fun to play around with. It's obviously not perfect or anything, but it might help give you a general idea of what a team needs to do.
