Who should the Ravens hire to run our Offensive next season and beyond?

Ravens Fans.. It is getting old losing good coaches each year..

Joe Flacco could be elite one day. Not the best in just John Harbaugh's eyes.

If Joe would of had a offensive coordinator for a few years under his belt, I know during that last drive/play against the Patriots he might of went elsewhere with the throw and there could of been a different outcome. Winners make their own way. Rodgers did all he could today, defensive failed him. Russell Wilson made a few plays with his feet, then a few good throws and again with their great D. 2nd Superbowl in 2 years.

 

Why not use Tyrod Taylor, Pats used Edelmen and the rule book.

We need thinking outside of the box.

 

So, who is on your top list or short list. Throw some names out there fans.  We need a Guru that is hiding in College, Canadian or maybe someone on an NFL team that hasn't been given the chance yet but seeks an interview to prove themselves.

 

I think Kyle Shanahan should get a look.

Before this is locked, Shanahan already was hired by the Falcons.

Tyrod has already stated he's not changing positions, I think, as well.
