My Madden Ideas

I think it'd be pretty cool if they like integrate madden and something like GTA. Be able to like own your own house an car, and drive yourself around the city like GTA. And buy houses and have to drive to the stadium to make the game on time. But have the same game graphics as madden during the game. Be able to walk yourself into the locker room and get dressed and walk yourself back to the car an drive home threw the city and go to restaurants like you had to do in san andreas. Get a girlfriend and stuff. I just thought it'd be cool to control the character totally..

Honestly, with the type of interaction you're asking for, with the actual game itself already massive as-is, you'd probably only see that on the PS3 since you couldn't possibly fit all that on a regular DVD disc like the 360 uses. ;)

And really, this would only appeal to the most hardcore football fans -- sort of how the NFL Head Coach series was a niche-type game.

But, since I'm into that type of stuff, and since I own a PS3 -- go for it! :D

You mean for superstar mode. I actually think NFL Superstar would have been a better game then NFL HC, sorry Franny. I just think the aspect that NFL HC brings could have easily been added as an option in Franchise mode. NFL Superstar could be a much more interactive but its kind of limited being a part of Madden.

maybe it could be a two disc thing, you got the regular madden and then superstar mode. You play the madden game like regualr and then you load your stats on to the superstar disc, and bam,,,there ya go,,,,,,
Id be happy is they could just make the players look and move like the players actually do...
I hate how defensive ends move like they are ducks or something in the open field.

I've even more annoying when your going to hit the guy catching the ball and then your idiotic DB tries to swat down the ball from 4 or 5 yards behind the guy catching the ball, then he runs right by you for a long TD.

Or worse, when your DB whiffs on the open-field tackle...

...after your DE, LB, and pretty much the rest of your team somehow whiffed, as well. <_<

I swear, it was like EA Sports was so high on their new fluid animation system for offensive players, that they wanted to show it off as much as possible by making it impossible for defensive players to tackle them since they keep slipping out of tackles and miraculously shaking off five defenders going for a gang-tackle. -_-

Superstar needs to be and can be so much more.

Contracts mean absolutely nothing, you should be able to buy a *** etc.

Lol, you tried to write P a d didn't you?

Anyway, you're right, you pay absolutely no attention to how much money you're getting, just the team that you're going to (when you're an FA).

I don't really care, just fix Franchise Mode and I'll be happy. Just update the draft and off-season, make it more realistic. I mean bring back the email part of Franchise where you get emails from different people. Well in the off-season you get emails telling you your team needs, When you get to the draft, when it comes down to your pick, there needs to be something that tells you Best Player Available(at the time of your pick) and something else that says Best Player Available: Team Needs(which would tell you the best player available that fits your need) Oh and make sure you fix Franchise to where it won't freeze on you after 2 years.
