Favorite Game/Moments/Review of 2014

Favorite game: Easily @ Pittsburgh. I expect this one to be lopsided.... Ravens played their best overall game of the year. Finally beat Pittsburgh in the playoffs, on the road to make it better. Tied the record for most playoff wins on the road in NFL history. Flacco continued his playoff shine. 5 sacks on Big Ben. Suggs leg interception. Tomlin upset. Legend LeBeau's last game coordinating their D. Salty sad steeler fans.

Favorite moment: When the clock struck zero at Arrowhead and sent the Ravens to the playoffs. Without their win, the Pittsburgh game wouldn't have happened. So for that, I'm forever grateful.... Them doing it with Chase Daniel at QB and John's old mentor at HC makes it even sweeter.

Favorite play: Suggs INT @ Pittsburgh. Great blitz dialed up by Pees. Stewart and Mosley just missed him but did just enough to force him into a bad throw that went off the hands of Tate and into the Arms/Chest and eventually knees of Sizzle.

Most surprising rookie impact: I'll chose Mosley here.... Yeah we all knew he was going to be a beast if he stayed healthy but I certainly didn't expect him to look this good, this early on....He picked up the defense like it was nothing from day 1 and is a legitimate DROY candidate. He's a stud who is only going to get better, which is scary. Needs to improve mostly in coverage but it wont be far until he's considered one of the top ILB's in the game.

The whole rookie class looked good. Of course with the exception of Ken Wisen ;)

Looks like we got a steal in Jernigan. I'm really excited about his future here. Brooks & Gillmore have a ways to go but they had their moments. Urban looked great in TC but unfortuantely went down with injury. Lorenzo was a nice surprise. Didn't expect him to be such a hard runner. Urshel just played his best game of the season. He'll make for great depth and eventually have his turn. Camp had some impressive catches. Hurst played really good for an undrafted RT. ----- This class has a bright future.

Biggest overall surprise: Hard one... Forsett or Wagner. hmmm..... Could pick either one here, but I'll go with Forsett.

5.4 yards a carry is ridiculous. He had some great holes to run through behind our line, but his vision patience and shiftiness was perfect in our scheme....Would like to see him back as long as Kubiak stays.

Speaking of Kubiak. Thank for you for your part in giving us the greatest offense in franchise history. The amount of improvement made on offense in less than a year is astounding. C'mon Kubes....Stay and see what another year will bring.

To all the nameless CB's who have fallen.... RIP.

Hoping for speedy and full recoveries to The Jimmy, The Pitta & The Wagner.... (of course everyone else as well.)

I'm done making threads now. Welcome to the offseason.

Game: @Pitts-burgh playoffs.

I should not have to explain why.

I am gonna have to think on some other moments.

I am sure I will mention SSS at least once.

Yeah, his blood & guts game deserves an honorable mention. I apologize for not mentioning it in the OP. :P

After the way everyone said Pittsburgh would win without having to show up last week, that game was so nice.  SSS was also a very refreshing change, as was the draft this year - I think we hit on 7/9 picks, and the two I don't know about didn't play at all this year.
