I hope your not here just to say that. We've already beat you guys in your house, so you really have no room to gloat, since we are not one of the 11 teams that lost to you.
I've got lots of room to gloat, this team was reborn from the ashes and won the division in one year. The playoffs are just gravy at this point. It will be tough to come down here and beat us a second time in our house. You guys have a great defense, but lets not forget you've also got a QB with 0 experience in the playoffs, and we all know the game gets a bit faster when the post season begins. Good luck, this game will be won or lost based on turnovers and ball control, I don't expect anything less.

Gloat all you want. The fact is that the Ravens will beat you guys again this Sunday. Our QB will step up this Sunday. Our D will be stellar as always. We will control the ball and the clock. Good luck

Incidentally, watching the 'phins beat the daylights out of the Pats was one of my most enjoyable experiences of the season.

It is a shame that football can not be discussed. It seems like an overboard amount of homerism and trash talking coming from more than one side.

We have two teams here that are considerably different that the first match up. Everyone from here on is 0-0.
Both teams have no wins or losses right now. The Ravens have more efficient QB play and the same great D. The Dolphins were only a team for 7 weeks with half the roster turned over in the last meeting. The big run stopper (Furguson) was hurt in the first few plays. Someone who had never played NT before replaced him.

If you look at stats over the past 5 weeks, the teams match up very evenly with the Ravens edging in Defense and the Dolphins being better with moving the ball.

Discussions about the game being a warm up and destruction of the opposing team while looking on to the next game makes you look silly. We ended the season with the same record and won our division.

I think some of the folks visiting were looking for a good discussion on matchups and what to look for in the wild card game that the MIAMI DOLPHINS are hosting for your team.

I give up. Your right. We don't have a chance in hell. Your team is the greatest in the history of football. Every team in your path is bowing to the wildcard Ravens.

Thank you for stating every team is bowing to the Ravens, as they should be. We have more heart and soul and drive to win more than any other team IMO. Let the playoffs begins. May the best team win!

It was meant in a sarcastic way to see if it was possible to spur some intelligent conversation from you or in fact, almost anyone here. I rest my case.

ill take joe flacco over chad pennington in the playoffs any day. we all know how old noodle arm plays when it comes to the post season against better defenses. hes gunna have to throw it cuz they cant run on us and that leads to interceptions.

ravens all day babyyyy

Much better. It was actual conversation, but not based on facts. I think you guys made hit the jackpot with your QB. He has been excellent. I would feel great about him also. We also have a guy that we don't ask to force things and he plays smart ball. He is the most accurate QB in the history of the NFL. He has turned the ball over less than ANY QB this year. I think your strength is your outstanding defense. We have clearly had better QB play but I bet you that Flacco will even get better next season over the outstanding job he has done this year.

OK I guess I have to get into a p**issing contest with you. I say that the Ravens are very focused right now and we know who we are as a TEAM. Granted that you guys have improved since our first game, but I'm not sure that you recognize your true team. Agree that your team has improved immensely since our first game, but I think the Ravens have better coaching staff overall and that will make the difference,

This is gonna turn into a "are you questioning my fan hood" argument pretty soon. Look, fans can say what they want but it really doesn't amount to a hill o' beans. Whoever is complaining about the "lack of respect" that this board is showing the Dolphins you should realize that the Ravens already beat the snot out of the Dolphins. Respect is earned.

But I'm not here to start something. Everyone in the playoffs starts off with a 0-0 record. Good luck to the Dolphins, they had a hell of a season and, May the best team win.

I our defense most of the comments are from some newer members of the board. generally this is a civil board that welcomes reasonable discussion from other team's fans. We also tend to increase the vitrol when others do the same (to ill consequences).

I also think we may be a little more full of wind due to way the ravens have been handling most of the teams not in the top 5 defensive categories. We as fans aren't threatened by the dolphins. We seen a lot of non top five teams handily dispatched.

I think our team itself will respect the power of the fins more then us. You're explosive and make few mistakes. We see Reed and Lewis changing that. You're a lot better but so are we. Hopefully the last game is a sign that our offense has kicked in the afterburners.

Thanks. I agree.
I'm actually looking for the place that you guys discuss matchups and possible scenarios on the upcoming game as well as possible coaching schemes and other stuff that people talk about on most boards and also visiting members to our board. If you guys do something crazy like that, direct me there. If not I will leave you to it.

I'm not sure where he stands in the grand scheme of things but Pennigton is one of the best ball caretakers in the nfl right now. Few turn overs and a high completion rate.

he is the most accurate qb but its not hard to be the most accurate in history when 90% of your passes are 5 yards or less, same goes for turning the ball over. the funny thing is is that all you dolphins fans who now love chad pennington probly considered him one of the worse Qbs when he played for the jets. the bottom line is when all ur little trick plays dont work and pennington is forced to throw on 3rd and long thats when you guys are screwed. pennington is an easy qb to defend he makes the defense be able to play closer to the line and take risks. none of your recievers are very threatening either. and these are facts not even trash talk.

Not here you dont. Especially, when I dont recall seeing you here to eat the crow, when you guys lost to us the first time. Your proud of your team. I understand, you should be. I just think you need to tread a little lighter on the opposing teams message board. Especially, a team that has already beat you in your house, with that very same rookie QB, you all are hoping gets shaken. I know Sunday starts a new season and anything can happen but until you actually beat us, not saying that you will, you guys shouldnt be here talking trash to us and gloating. We still have the bragging rights. It would be the same if any of us were hanging around the Phins board after we lost to you guys last season.

Last I checked, you guys have taken advantage of quite a few trick plays to spark your offense. Why don't you take a look at pass plays by your team and the Dolphins, by distance and completion. Do some research, then come back and speak again. I don't mean to be rude and would like to have a conversation with you. Mostly I would like to talk about the game that we are going to play. I do have a problem with you making things up and then stating them as fact. But hey, it your board. Your are correct in the fact that we have problems with 3rd down conversions. You guessed right there.
