right we all thought pennington was a bad QB because he was always beating us, hating him ? no question, respecting him as a player....hell yeah
I've always felt Chad was a quality QB, and got the short end of the stick while in NY.
He was outstanding this season, especially considering that there is no one worth mentioning on their receiving corps. Miami has figured out how to get the most out of Chad, and I'm happy for him.

But I also think that a lot of Miami fans have an inflated opinion of him. He's not an elite QB; not even close. He won't win many games for you, his role is to manage the game and protect the ball. We certainly respect him, and know he is a very good player. But fear him? No...

Ok They haven't played anyone with a defense like the Ravens, except of course when they played the Ravens and we know how that turned out.

Good Luck though.
I've got lots of room to gloat, this team was reborn from the ashes and won the division in one year. The playoffs are just gravy at this point. It will be tough to come down here and beat us a second time in our house. You guys have a great defense, but lets not forget you've also got a QB with 0 experience in the playoffs, and we all know the game gets a bit faster when the post season begins. Good luck, this game will be won or lost based on turnovers and ball control, I don't expect anything less.
We also had a qb that had 0 expreience in the regular season. I don't know is 11-5 pretty good?
Is this guy serious? Joe has seen the toughest defenses in the NFL he played his first road game EVER on Monday Night vs the Steelers at Pitt and you're going to tell me that a 1PM game in Miami will be louder than that. He beat the Cowboys in the FINAL GAME EVER at their dome stadium, never lost poise, and if you think you can generate the same noise or even more lol and get under his skin then you're just not very educated about Joe Flacco.
I think he's also forgetting that 30% of those at the stadium will probably be Ravens fans.

Oooooh the Dolphins fans are going to make more noise than Monday Night Steelers or the Final Game at Texas Stadium? Give me a break haha. Even if they could, and they can't even touch the noise level at M&T let alone those two games, it WOULD NOT MATTER. Hes Joe Cool baby, he doesn't get rattled. I'm pretty sure if he could handle the statistically #1 NFL defense and sees the #2 NFL defense in practice everyday that the big scary Dolphins D (lol) won't phase him.

In the interest of saving time for people joining this thread and quoting posts from page 3 or 4, here are some things I've learned so far:

The NT is the most important position in, like, any sport ever.

The Dolphins are a much better team.

The Ravens are a much better team.

No matter what happens, Dolphins fans won't come back to eat crow.

We're all arrogant on this board because we think that the Ravens are going to win.

No matter how much factual information we offer in a rebuttal to baseless accusations, we're wrong.

While the Ravens played against more playoff teams, they had it easier... just 'cuz.

Flacco will choke because he's a rookie. And that's what rookies do, according to a neato chart.

The wildcat will work because there are new wrinkles that nobody has seen before. How that information became known is beyond me (it just doesn't make any sense!).

Chad Pennington was knighted on a recent trip to England. When asked why, Her Majesty replied "He's got the most accurate arm in the NFL. I looked it up."

Even though WNST and other outlets have organized bus trips and the Ravens have a lot of Miami roots, it will be louder than the sound an asteroid makes impacting Earth.
Did I miss anything? Please, feel free to add to this list.
And you don't think we will have a handfull of Raven fans there either? Its freaking MIAMI! We always show deep there! Why? Because we have Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Willis McGahee.

I'm sure alot of Hurricane fans follow them throughout their career. I think it will be a "almost" home game atmosphere for the Ravens.
i doubt it will be that evident. i lived in south fla for awhile. we will have a showing but it will still be predominantly miami fans they have a strong fan base
