We've owned the Patriots in the Playoffs, but we'll always be the underdogs in the eyes of everyone else. No problem. We love being the Under Dog.

As history will chronicle, the Ravens only took less than 20 years of existence to win 2 Super Bowls while the Patriots took nearly 60 years to win 3 Super Bowls (none after Spy Gate). Not to get into a pointless debate about 'Patriots' greatness (all in the eye of the beholder - same as the Ravens) - I resubmit: We are just getting started, but there aren't any SB winning franchises in the past 5 years (including whoever wins this year) that have more of an opportunity to become that next Dynasty (2008 through 2018) than the Ravens.

Seahawks do. Very young, very athletic, smart and they've done it. They also have healthy on their side. The Seahawks should be a problem for years.

Cant wait,

I really hope we blitz brady, he doesnt play too well when he is shuke.

I believe this.IMO,at this point,Roethlisberger presents more of a challenge to defend then Brady.Brady is accurate within 15 yds.

Having watched NE a good bit because my friend's a fan, Brady was scary good this year after week 4. He's still got his touch. Manning doesn't worry me as much. He throws straight helicopters.

Good point, but the operative word was "...more of a chance". We have just as much or more of a chance, but I was really responding to the immediate bandwagon of Patriot Analyst who have already written us off and sing-out 'Dynasty' every chance they get.

I love the Seahawks (my 2nd favorite team), but like the Patriots - they don't ever seem to be called Under Dogs.

It's cool...We love being the underdogs from the Best Division in the league..

I am going to say it right now. This is the deciding game. The Pats are by far the best in the playoffs. I think the winner of this game will be representing the AFC in the SB.

first off, Brady has had his best season since 2011 and made over 50% of his throws landing as receptions down field this season of at least 39 yards.. and is among MVP votes behind Aaron Rodgers.. Brady is a master of his craft and when protected no one is better at making defenses pay and mastering the art of torturing secondaries than him.

Ben Roethlisberger had a better season all around than Tom Brady...so you're point is kind of moot.

You've never played a Patriots team like this, quit acting like this is the same Patriots team you played before

Thanks for that juicy 'knowledgeable' tidbit knowledge. Here's alittle more knowledge: The Ravens are still the Ravens.

No its not, Ben came around at midseason after struggling in the beginning.. and Brady had more of an impact because look where his team is sitting right now, you judge a quarterback also by the things you don't see on the stat sheet.. for an 8 game stretch up until 3 weeks ago, Brady during that stretch after the KC game had a 69 completion %, 28 TDs to just 4 picks, averaged 4 TDs a game, 35 points a game, and 350 yards a game and a passer rating of 120.. until the last few games (3) in which his offensive linemen became hurt but are getting healthy now during the bye

That have never faced a healthy Gronk and a defense like this, and that also have a patchwork secondary outside of Ladarius Webb that got beat by Edelman and Amendola last season down field.  I'm just saying.

We faced a good defence and possibly the best WR in the league in AB. Don't think we will just roll over and die

So what you're telling me is that we should be more scared of a QB that did well in the middle of the season, but has been doing less well lately (not that he's been doing bad) than a QB that got hot towards the end of the season and was continuing to put up astonishing numbers all the way up until when we beat him yesterday?

I'm not quite following your logic here.

Why is it dumb? Brady is a decent QB, but can't handle pressure, is easily rattled and rarely displays the ability to extend plays. He's far from being a "master of his craft". And I gotta believe the stat you quote includes YAC as I don't recall him ever being especially dangerous down field.

I agree with the OP that a QB like Ben presents a much bigger issue to our D at this time. Extending the play gives more time to expose the secondary, but we seemed to handle that pretty well last night. The question for the patsies will be can the O line protect tommy. Given the recent play of our front 7 that would not seem to be a given. If we can get pressure and keep the play in front of the DBs I like our chances.

What are we even arguing about? This is Tom Brady vs Big Ben... so you mean to tell me you would rather face Tom Brady over Big Ben? You are highly incompetent and need to stay off the drugs.

He never said that. He said that using your logic that we should be more scared of Ben than Brady.

Good luck to your Ravens because you are going to need it ... and will be packing after getting beat down in Foxboro

Don't bother to respond. He gone.

Agreed entirely.

Unfortunately the bolder part the most..... I freaking hate saying this but Joe is due to throw one.

That's why I am personally kind of glad he had that horrid Houston game. Means he isn't due to throw one.

With the combination of Big Bens being able to shed would be sackers and move in the pocket with the weapons he has....yes..... I feel Big Ben presents a much tougher matchup for us than Brady. Now, if Brady had the weapons Big Ben has I would say Brady presents a tougher challenge. Makes any sense? Only thing I fear about the Pats is y'all defense which will be the main reason y'all possibly can go far in the playoffs even winning it all.
