Congratulations from KC!  Glad we could do something positive to end our season - best of luck next week and thereafter.  Enjoyed the game; it was nice to see the Steelers get beat!!!

Flacco is not afraid of New England . If I was the Patriots I would not be too happy to see us coming into town .

Of the 3 teams that could have gone to NE, I think they by far least wanted to see us.  They weren't scared of Indy or Cincy.  (Pittsburgh wasn't going there anyway even if they won, they could have only gone to Denver).

Collinsworth is sooooooooooooo sad! In all the years I've been listening to him, I've never heard him sound so down! Wow!

It's weird us Ravens fans think he's rooting for the Steelers and Steeler fans think he's rooting for the Ravens. I'm not sure who's side he's on sometimes.

Happy to eat crow tonight. I was one of those who suggested it'd be better to secure better draft position in light of our dumpster fire secondary specifically after the steelers loss.

Little did I know the wizard of oz had another trick up his sleeve. Rashann Melvin has been a godsend. If this is another playoff run he and Levine are our jimmy/graham from 2012. Melvin looks like he can start or at least play nickel for us next year. Db has become a depth pick because of how good he has played. Defense can be scary good next season. Almost forgot Jerome miles too.its like we've shuffled the secondary all season and got the right combination at the right time. Gotta say though one more injury to a cb and there is no one behind him.defense seemed weaker without Melvin.

Happy to see Steve involved. Would like to see torrey more active in light of the battle he is gonna face in NE. Thought our season opening roster with everyone healthy was almost perfect. It was obvious we lacked a WR who could beat 1 on 1 coverage consistently. Without pitta and jimmy we really need torrey/ Steve to perform against the pats shutdown corners.

I love how the announcers brought up Le'Veon Bell about 30 times yet we didn't hear a single word about Jimmy Smith who was playing like a top 5 cb in the entire NFL when he went down.

No better feeling than eliminating the Squeelers in their own stadium. So many of their fans quit on them early and that was a beautiful sight to see. We're playing with the houses money so to speak now, we barely even got in the playoffs and that makes us extremely dangerous because we're playing like a team with nothing to lose. When you're the division champ it comes with high expectations and added pressure in the playoffs, Pittsburgh played like a team that was playing not to lose. We played aggressive (especially Kubiak's playcalling) and played to win and I fully expect us to carry that mentality into Foxborough.

His shoulder hit the ground at the same time and absorbed the brunt of the impact. Turned out he was looked at for neck injury, not concussion (Ben confirmed that in a presser).

. Yea I did see that after I posted. Thanks for the response though. I was just under the impression that the teams had to follow a specific protocol, set up by the league, on situations like that where a head injury is a possibility. Thanks tho.

I have always believed that the Steelers have had one of the shadiest medical staffs in the NFL. that was the fastest concussion protocol I've ever seen.

I understand it's an independent neurologist (if it even got that far), but something doesn't seem right.

I still remember emember that one year when Ward was clearly concussed and they called it a 'knee injury'. Back on the field he went.

.I agree with you on that and that's why I was wondering exactly what the rules state. I know they said in post game presser he hurt his neck but I thought if there is any question of a possible head injury a specific set of procedures needed followed. Whatever though I would not want to beat them without him. But I'm with you it was def a very fast concussion test if that's what they did, maybe they did just look at his neck but his fat head definitely did hit the field.

Remember when we had some fans thinking it would be better if we missed the playoffs too?

There is something special about this team when they get to the dance.

I was guilty of that, I wanted those higher draft picks, thinking the secondary would get shredded as soon as they faced a quality quarterback in the playoffs.  This team is resilient if nothing else.  No matter what happens here on out, it's been a successful season finally beating Pittsburgh in the playoffs.  But I wouldn't mind if the ride continues.  :)

Oh, oh, the tears.  They taste so good.  Sour analysts finding outlandish reasons for Ravens playoff success.  First Le'Veon Bell's absence and now Jim Harbaugh possibly serving as some sort of "consultant".  So delicious.

Conspiracy predictions...

1) Poe shoots deuce on a fly by causing Brady to slip on a key third down.

2) Chandler Jones sabotages a key defensive stop at Arthur's request.  NFL media suspects resonating allegiance to Baltimore.

3) Bill Belichick tosses challenge flag then accuses Harbs of force choking him into doing so after losing the challenge.

Reading the Steelers forum is making my night. :D

Hopefully the Bungles do their thing tomorrow and we're the last AFCN team standing.

Looking forward to seeing the list of reasons we somehow beat them without giving the ravens any credit

1- no bell

2- refs (usually us screaming this one)

3- it was "Jim" that made it happen

4-

Wow. To go in and not only beat the Steelers at Hinez but to dominate the Steelers in the playoffs on the road..just wow.

The entire defense put in an amazing effort last night.

They did exactly what I thought going in..play with nothing to lose and be agressive.

When Joe plays as well as he did tonight, we can beat anybody, anywhere..including as we already know, the Patriots in Foxboro.

Good game by Kubiak and Pees. Get your squad together Rosberg.

Vent: Zuttah was horrible. That's all I got.

In a game with a lot of great plays Osemele's block on Harrison might've been the play of the night.

One of the best plays I've ever seen a guard make in pass protection.

The greatest thing is that we dominated so much that we won easily without even having to be perfect. Lost a fumble, special teams were mediocre, good but not 100% in the redzone if I remember correctly, yet still a win on the road by multiple scores with no crowd participation almost the entire second half.

Don't forget Torrey not dragging his foot costing us 7.

I'm sitting here thinking back on the defensive performance last night and honestly it was their 2nd best performance of the year. The best performance IMO was game 1 vs PIT. Last night 3 FGs in the first half and a TD (INT on 2 pt attempt) in the 2nd. You can't ask for more than that.

The Ravens showed Tomlin what a bunch of "gray faces" do in the playoffs on the road.

Joe almost had another TD to Marlon Brown in the back of the end zone but Gay barely got his fingertips on the ball to deflect it.

Impressive win! The pass rush was superb. You guys are fully justified in feeling very good right now. Flacco can be so precise and cool.

Congrats

I'm trying my best to forget that. I'll let it go because he did well to break up a pick earlier, which is something he rarely does.

Flacco is a class act. I never hear him trash talk at all. I like Harbaugh too. You guys are getting hot now. I think you have as good of a chance to get back to the super bowl as anyone.
