loading the pump up video

these videos always play 3 seconds at a time, then stop to buffer for 10-12 seconds, these videos are about 1 minute long, and they take more than 15 minutes to load up. 

 

if you have internet in baltimore city you likely feel my pain, as the city is a total crapshoot in terms of internet quality. 

 

is there any way we can view this some other way or lower the resolution so it doesnt take so long to load?
