Ravens Vs Giants Superbowl

Im sure some of you have already thought about this and I didnt see a thread committed to it. We played the Giants in the Superbowl in Tampa in 2000....is it coincidence that this may happen again? What do you guys think is the likelihood of this match up in the same city again?

It could very well happen. I would like to see a rematch against the Giants so we could beat them again.

We COULD beat them again, but no where near as huge of a gap.

Giants are MUCH better now.
Our D is not as good but our offence is better.

I think if the ravens make it to the superbowl, out of the two top seeds in the nfc, I would much rather see the ravens play the panthers and not the giants. NY creates so many match up problems for our defense. They have the best o-line in football(the ravens is a close 2nd in my opinion) and a two headed monster at running back, with both Jacobs and Ward getting a 1,000 yards on the season. But Jacob is the main threat, is a hammer running the ball and Ray isn't able to bring him dowm by himself like he do most running backs. When it's all said and done, the giants is the last team i would want the ravens to face in the superbowl. I think we could possibly beat them but I'm speaking strictly from a match up problem stand point. But yeah I thought about ironing of the superbowl being in Tampa and both the ravens and giants having a chance to play each other there again.

Rematch of SB35 and my brother is a HUGE giants fan!!!

Superbowl 35 was the best SB of the decade... great game, great halftime show, great stadium! PERFECT!!! I would love to see that again, but unfortunately it wont happen

The difference between SB35 is a Manning wasn't leading the Giants. I would like to avoid this nostalogic scenario anyway possible.

So what's the difference between Steve Smith and Santana Moss besides a half of inch or two? Nothing about the panthers worries me. They're a soft team that gets credit for being a physical team. I think if we do play the giants though, not having Plaxico would be a huge advantage for the ravens but other than that, I don't like the other match ups with them.
