Just heard we playing Saturday at 8:30?

If we play the Steelers, yes.  If we get the Bengals, it's Sunday at 1.

Hard to celebrate given how our team played today. We pulled out the win but have ALOT of work to do this week to get our offense on track in order to play more consistently early and often. Our d-line and pass rush will have their work cut out for them pulling the weight for our beat up secondary. Thankfully we get Ngat-erall back this week hopefully he is ready to go. A healthy Eugene Monroe would be great too. Looking forward to see what this year has in store for the Ravens...their wasn't much going for us heading into the playoffs in 2012 either and we all know what happened. Win or lose 2014 was light years better than last year. Maybe Suggs will come out and announce its his last ride giving us some magic heading into the playoffs.

If you don't acknowledge the better ALL AROUND talent on this team, then don't respond cause you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

I'll respond because you are the one who doesn't know what you are talking about.  And you are the only one here who believes that dude.  Just saying.

Ok coach... so which position groups are they better than us? Is their defense better than ours? Special teams? How's their o line? All you can mention is WR and maybe rb at this time, but last time I checked, there was more involved.

Allow me to interject. If the debate is "who is the better team if you have an equal QB on each side", then it's clearly the Ravens that have more all around talent.

If the debate is "Who has more weapons to throw to on offense," then it's the Falcons.

Their OL is very good.  Their WR's, RB, and CB's are absolutely better.

Please stop now.

I was There!!! It was great.  Flacco comes through after he was dull and we quit running up the middle.  Playing out the obvious.  D played lights out.  S Smith, TSmith, Aiken, Forset, were major O forces. LWebb (with a rare seconary intercept)  I lost feeling in my palms from high fiving with everybody.   Lost my Voice from all the screaming.  What a great experience.   Anyone in here that snubs us for making the playoffs and predicting doom ought to realize game fans are real fans that Believe...

A Browns fan had a cardboard sign which featured a dog with a barbeque apron and a grill with ravens on it.  Our fans jumped him and took his bozo sign ripping it up as it escalated through the section.                                                      :268213:     RAVENS    :link:

All I know is we need some creativity on Offense we cannot afford to come out flat against neither.

Kubiak needs to change his plan. With Pitt or Cinc on the horizon we have to spark and play like we did the first half  of the season. That first half of our Cleve game was really bad. A guy behind me was really funny and said it appears the O does not represent playoff type football  Our D keeps us relevent.  What a great experience!!

No, cause according to him, no one agrees with me and I'm wrong. The Falcons are obviously more talented.

I was there today as well and in the suite we had a Browns fan wearing his jersey.  After the Ravens, introduction and Suggs came out, I leaned over to him and said; "Well, it was nice knowing you man but you guys are done!"  Well, of course, the reality was the Ravens offense played like trash for nearly 3 1/2 quarters before they woke up!  But, glad we're in the playoffs but they can't afford to play like that from here on out cause now it is ONE AND DONE!

Anyone here watch the Joe Flacco press conference?

Interviewer: "With the season on the line and you go 8/9, 2 scoring drives and 2 touchdown passes, is that what defines a Quarterback? Is that a big moment for you to do that?"

Flacco: *pause* "I have no idea."

I liked the next line.

"If we win the SuperBowl, I guess it is" lol

As critical as I was earlier I still think we need to improve more then our team needs to celebrate. If we go into Cincy or Pitt and lose a close one playing a low penalty hard fought game I think the Ravens deserve a huge welcome home show of support. I honestly think if we go into Pitt regardless of our secondary being depleted. We get Nagta back fully rested and ready to disrupt the line. I know our pass rush can take over the game if they come in with 100%. Bell just went down and it looks serious (hoping he is ok) but the running game will be taking a hit. Not saying Steelers will win but I like that scenario the best

I still think you're taking the thread title too seriously.  The fans are celebrating, as are the players.  However, I'm sure the players will be back in the office tomorrow preparing for whoever we got out of Cinci and Pitt.  The celebration is short lived, but it's not preventing them from putting in the work.  We'll prepare just as we have every other week this season.  It's no different.

Man getting hyped already

Cannot lose this game.. Just cannot

Please let webb keep going back to old webb and have him on brown please please please

Rested ngata and a dline ready to hunt and we have a good chance on D

Offense.. Just come our ready to play and don't wait to show up till the 4th

It's doable

Well, Ravens vs. Steelers in a playoff game...AGAIN!  The Ravens need to exorcised their "losing demons" in this scenario and FINALLY give the Steelers a taste of their own medicine by bouncing THEM out of the playoffs!  Let's gooooooo!

GO RAVENS!!

I understand its going to be work as usual preparing for next week. Not like they are going to get off all week to celebrate but I just don't feel the festivity when we sneak in with help from kc after 3 qtrs of offensive funk bitter sweet... I am going to come out celebrating proud of them regardless of what happens next weekend if we give it 100%. I honestly think we have the talent available to exceed everyone's expectations and I don't want to celebrate until we are out of this thing. I made this mistake giving up 2 years ago and saw first hand in Denver what could happen when we come out passionate. Our pass rush can take over against the Steelers and I'm hopeful for next week regardless of who we play

We're happy that our team, despite all of the trials and tribulations this year and offseason, made the postseason and have a shot.  It's nothing more than that.  As I said in an earlier post, no one here is naive enough to think that this team has nothing to work on.  We know that's the case.  We're just enjoying the ride and hopeful that we can make it back to the big dance.  There's nothing more to it than that.

Celebrate away brother its a free country and there is nothing wrong with being happy to be in the Playoffs. Just playing the devils advocate here for hoping for more wins

Shaw did not play better for the first three (Joe definitely tore him up in the second half as a whole), but Shaw literally did three things 1. Dump it off to the running back 2. Quick swing pass for a wide receiver screen or 3. Wide open seam pass to the tight end off of the PA. Just nothing impressive about what he did. He didn't push the ball down field, take risks, or make any impressive throws. They were all extremely high completion throws designed for the receivers to get YAC

I didn't mean to imply that Shaw played well by any stretch of the imagination. It seemed that Joe just played worse. Although, I am not trying to start an argument as to which QB did what. My point is only saying that being critical of Joe for those 7-ish quarters is not unreasonable. He even admitted that those were not his finest moments as a Raven. They do not diminish his value to the team.

Today is a beautiful day to be a Ravens fan. 18 or 19 players on IR and we still made it? And people want Harbs outta here?

Child please.

when harbs went for it early and it backfired nearly had a stroke.  wish harbs would realize he may have the best kicker in the league and a coach should not take a winning chance away from him. not necessarily on the gimme but on one later to win it by 1 or 2.

Yes it is. Hoping how they ended the game is more telling of how the offense plays the rest of the season. We have a pass rush that can dominate if the offense can build an even miniscule lead.

His o line is awful and defense much worse. I saw 68(Gabe Carimi) trying to block Star Lotulei and thought they had a TE on the o line at guard. If this offense didn't have this defense, there would be many more losses. This team is much better built than the Falcons and Steven Jackson isn't the same Steven Jackson.

And I meant whole team, not just offense.

AND if our defensive secondary was better, we'd have more wins so what's the point? If a chicken had lips, it could whistle. SMH

My point was this team is better than Ryans.
