Ravens Celebration Thread!

351 posts in this topic

We have overcome a lot of adversity this year to get to where we did. I am very proud of the classic, Ravens resilience. As for playoffs, just saying if we HAVE to lose, I'd rather it be to anyone but Pittsburgh :P

Steelers Vs Ravens is always a good matchup in the playoffs, I feel good about Sunday Night so expect to see us round one

That's cool with me! We're more comfortable at your ketchup field than in Bengals' territory.

All of our potential match ups have positives and negatives, so bring on the biggest rivals.

Nothing to celebrate at all we almost lost to yet another Quarterback that had no business playing in the NFL. Our offense was a complete no show as well 3 weeks in a row. I'll admit we almost sucked this bad 2 years ago when we won the Superbowl but at least we had the leadership in Ray Lewis to pull it together when it mattered. We need to get back to work right away no time to celebrate lets do this!

Had a 158+ rating in the 4th today.

I believe 158.3, which is perfect, not that it matters, but what does matter is he led the Ravens to victory with big time throws

I don't want to play the "who would you rather" game between our rivals. If we play one of them, that's the one that wins tonight and thus comes in on a high. I'm gonna pull hard for Oakland and hope the miraculous Sunday continues and we get a Broncos squad that comes in licking their wounds.

Get out. There is no such thing as a "lack of leadership" after today regardless of what happens next week. 18 players on IR, many which were starters. If your not willing to root for your team and congratulate them when they pull out a hard fought victory then why even bother being a fan. This is the NFL not high school, nothing is easy.

I like the impressive yards/reception by our WRs and TEs today. All would have been big if not for Aiken's last catch being from the 2-yard line. Also, nice to see the ball get spread around so much today.

Glad to be in the Playoffs but more glad Kansas City was able to finish against the Chargers unlike us. I'm definitely going to support the Ravens I'm hoping to get another chance to see them in Denver. The point of my post is we need to cut the celebration short and get back to work. If you think we played with intensity against the Jags, Texans, and the first 3 quarters today I don't know what else to tell you... Regardless of the injuries to our secondary we still had the better team but just came out flat every week

Not a pretty win, but the playoffs are back to week zero. All that matters is that we're in. To put it another way:

Quick, somebody say this will be their last ride!!!

What if Joe Flacco came out and said that? Or Justin Tucker. Somebody recently new.

What a good season. We make the playoffs, Whiny Harbaugh is going to be out of the NFL to Michigan, we get to enjoy the Steelers-Cincy slugfest for who gets the 3 seed, nothing is better than this.

Really was a rather frustrating effort for three quarters. We appeared a team who would rather be somewhere else. Heartless.

If Hoyer played we would have lost. I was impressed with Hurst for the most part.

This playoff berth will look good on paper(6for7), a few years from now but my fear is that we will be overmatched and possibly embarrassed next week.

Debbie Downer has arrived,

Its called reality buddy... Maybe you didn't get a chance to watch us play the last 3 weeks or maybe your vision is slightly off? Either way we are here and we need to make the most of it and get back to work immediately. If you think the Ravens are playing sooo hot and intense right now they should be celebrating then I don't know what to tell you. Like I originally said we weren't much better 2 years ago but we found that intensity or passion we were missing and then rode it to the Super Bowl. Time to get back to work

Your forgot to mention we had the softest schedule in the NFL and almost all of those wins came from losers under .500 right?
