Rather get another free agent WR.  A good one that is still in their prime

Maclin, cobb, Dez, demaurius thomas. lets cut jones, koch, smith sr, and ngata. We should make a run at one of these guys or get a shutdown cb.

Yes but it start's with Flacco since he's the PG of the offense. He will receive the worst lashing.

And the lashing will be deserved. Can you give me his final statline + rating? I'd rather not go to ESPN/NFL.com right now.

Flacco completely crumbled under pressure, he was hearing footsteps. On the rare occasions he had a clean pocket he completely missed guys. He was spooked.

And where exactly would you get one?  There are 2 on the market - Bryant and Thomas, and both will be resigned by their teams.  There are better guys in the draft than the remaining free agents (Cobb, Crabtree, etc.).

And that's what people seem to find it hard to admit to wayne.

if nobody gets open and we have no blocking or running game then how can joe be blamed?

Where are these people you speak of?  Are we reading the same forum?

Dude, or dudette, wish you can see the negs I get. Apparently, my holding our team accountable somehow makes me an anti-thetical fan.

A few rules you are obviously not aware of:

1) Flacco can do no wrong

2) Hairball has been the best coach in franchise history, and therefore is above criticism

3) OZ has been at the helm of both SBs and cannot be questioned as he is a "WIZARD"

4) Injuries, you know? Enough said.

Seriously, open your eyes to the purple kool-aid spouted on here.

AGAIN, let me be clear. I'm WAS willing to give these guys a pass at CB as we have sustained an abnormal injury rash this year, BUT what I witnessed today goes to the core of whether or not the coach and players REALLY give a damn about their personal pride to play like they were vested in a postseason birth today.

Obviously they could care less. Obviously.

Yawn.

The upside last year when we missed the playoffs , steve said he would make changes if we missed them again. Maybe now we can stop using each and every top pick on defense and we can stop pretending that Torrey is a number one receiver  a third string receiver is expected to at least catch two or three passes a game .

As long as we're not reaching for players.  BPA focuses on quality vs need.  I'd hate to pass up an opportunity to get 1st round talent DEF in the second round over a 4 round talent OFF player in the first

21/50 for 195 yards, 2 TDs and 3 picks.  Worst game of the season for him IMO.

LMAO... I wonder how that "is it the offenses fault" thread looks now buddy.  2 weeks in a row they don't show up but it's probably the defenses fault for not scoring or not making the tackle on any of Flaccos multiple picks.

No you are wrong.

the offense did score in the 4th quarter and its Pees fault the defense could not be clutch and force multiple picks/ fumbles instead of punts lolololol

Spanked, bullied and outplayed in all phases of the game. Stinks to be a Ravens fan today. Not even going to waste time figuring out our playoffs chances. May be a long winter again. smh.

I'm not about to get into this redundant, old and tired argument brah!  I just made a comment about things starting with Joe.  I'll leave it at that.

Flacco played bad for sure.

But give some credit to the Texans. Frustrating, heartbreaking, and yet we're not out of it yet.

Pray for a Bengals sweep or back to back losses. A split - makes us rely on Kansas City (although, we may have to rely on it anyway if Buffalo wins their next two.)

im watchigng dez bryant just bullying corners and catching contested balls on the type of throws joe consistently feeds to our guys but no comes down with. This is what we dont have. wrs that can overcome good corners.

He deserves it. I am tired of him looking like a deer in the headlights on the sidelines as in he ain't got NO MOXY.

Like I said before the whole offense played bad, but when their were big plays to made receivers running open down field Joe didn't make them. Joe was so flustered even the plays where he had time. He was hearing footsteps I guess.

Perhaps you're getting negged for HOW you're "criticizing the team".  Are you unable to provide criticism without resulting in stupid name calling (ie calling Harbs "Hairball". That was super corny of you by the way)

My first pessimistic post of the year I think we're done. I hope I'm surprised and we win and get some luck to get in the playoffs but if not we dug this grave and it's time to lay in it. I'm already thinking draft and off-season. GG

A positive thing I got from this gam is we are ready to move on from Ngata and his ginormous contract.  Hope for the future

Utter disappointment   That first half was the worst. Joe had no karma.   At this point the only satisfaction I have is that SD beat another Harbaugh team the same way.  The SD team deserves our berth. They earned it.

They really did. I had a lot of ill will toward that team after our loss to them a couple games ago, but that team has incredible heart, and they showed it last night. Ravens used to have the same kind of heart, but I think it's been pretty absent the past couple of years.

There are no Dez Bryant type of receivers on the Ravens roster...none whatsoever!

People were open and it being 0 running lanes has little to do with Flacco play. The O-line did a aight job in the pass blocking department for the most part as alot of those pressures on Joe was the Texans sending more than our O-line could block. Watt was Watt but he does his thing vs every team.

1) How can you say an unproven player is better than Cobbs and Crabtree?

2) What if all of those "better" players get drafted before we get our pick?

Joe played scared. Let's not absolve him.

But I stand by saying that Torrey Smith was the worst player on offense today. Has been for the past two weeks, really.

Its not the Ravens until they decide to break your heart and miss the playoffs.

It's looking a lot like last year. Win out and make it in, only to lose out. I guess it's the new normal.

Makes me even sicker that the Steelers clinched.
