Check out the Packers when they won the Super Bowl. They had over 15 on IR, I believe

They also didn't have all their secondary hurt. Infact, their secondary won them a few games in that playoff run...

Their defense as a whole was actually extremely dominant and made up for offensive lineman and running backs being a constant rotating piece, like the 2013 Ravens
