Except he has played meh to terrible against the Texans historically... Especially at Houston. Think he's had one good game there statistically and one decent one with no touchdowns and a pick.

Agree. I'm hoping Kubiak might be able to help us with them. I called this as a toss up cause we usually struggle and jts on the road.

I've been to two Texans games...  both at M&T...  but we beat them handedly both times.

Yeah but that is the Cam Cam special offensive system.

Big day for the offense in Houston. Calling it now. Just feel it.

He's darn near the only corner on the roster.

Brooks, Levine and Jackson...all 3 injured with Jackson's looking like another season ender.

secondary can't get any breaks, asa cant stay healthy.

was super frustrating. offense looked like they had zero drive in them. Sr has fallen off the map. TEs dropped almost everything. Torrey dropped a huge wide open pass. Line had zero push. was pretty disgusting over all... Defense played great all around for the most part. Wife who doesn't pay much attention even said " they look like they don't care " about the offensive guys.

anyone else really bothered by the face of the jags coach. idk why but irked me with all the fakes and crap. lol little things i guess... frustrating to watch a lot of that game and see no help from the falcons and browns.

That Melvin guy really stepped up. Played aggressive the entire time. Made me happy. We need to hire someone specifically to manage games for us. I am not saying head coach change. I mean a brand new job title just called game manager. John Harbaugh has me shaking my head 3-4 times every game.

While Tucker is definitely blaming himself for his misses, I cannot. Both were long field goals with bad snaps. It messes the timing up and you just can't get the leg you need. If you check out the first attempt he has to slow down and just tries to leg it with no power. The second attempt the snap was on the wrong side of the holder. Timing is important.

Dropped passes were killing us. Lots of stupid penalties (holding on special teams for no reason again.)

Dean Peas brought the same game plan as last game. Don't cover anyone in the first half, play aggressive coverage in the second. We once again got really lucky on a few plays in the first half on defense. They dropped the ball or Bortles overthrew to end drives.

The lesson I learned today was even if you play absolutely terrible is almost all facets of the game, you will probably still beat the jags.

Pierce really needs to be waived. Forsett is hurting bad. And pierce is not taking advantage to the point where we can rest forsett. It's a shame really

So the good news is that we won.  Part of me doesn't care how we did it.

That said, I don't know WHAT happened with our OL today.   They were bad.  They made us 1 dimensional today.    And with Joe Flacco that's not a problem.   BUT when you have receivers that drop the ball at critical points, you can't move downfield like you want.

My game balls:

Doomerville

Suggs

Jerrnigan

Melvin

Flacco

Daniels

Brown

Aiken

Added a couple

If the ravens FO listened to some posters on here they'd have traded Flacco to them last year... And that team would be lethal right now

Yeah, that was ticking me off when people were saying that stuff.....  SMH...  It was ridiculous

First off....heres another instance of us playing down to the competition.  I didnt expect us to put up 50 but we should of been able too handle them easily enough.

I honestly dont know if forset is that hurt or Jags d line is that good.

Our offense always gets off to a slow start and that has to change, has to.

remove daniels. to many drops

Didn't he just drop one?   I added him for that great catch from the Flacco rollout and the touchdown.

Ok?  I'm missing something.  He was open and he caught the ball for a big play and a touchdown.   What am I missing here?

For those who underestimated the Jags, I hope you learned your lesson. All I have to say about this stressful game.

True! Also, this is what you get when you play teams with nothing to lose.

The Jags were really throwing the kitchen sink at us, have to give them credit for playing hard.

The Jags have a good defense and the rest of their team is just a few pieces away from being a good team. After all they have had top draft picks for a number of years now so it's just a matter of time.

Way too many penalties the past few games. We're playing really undisciplined and that reflects on the coaching staff. And is Camp still not ready to go? I like Torrey, but Marlon has been more reliable then him.
