we can play Pees soft crap zone and they complete a pass and get an additional 10 to 20 yds because that's where our defenders are or...

 

we can send the blitz, play press man - and it's a 60/40 shot they complete the pass and/or we get pressure. only difference is when they do catch it - they don't get that additional yardage.

Cecil Shorts burned Asa in press man, but I doubt you realize most coverages that are happening in this game.

I felt like this was a game we could lose coming into the year before the season officially began. I think it's way too early to say we will lose this game even with this secondary. I will remind people that Gerhart gave us trouble last year when we played the Vikings, so it's nothing new. It happens. We do have a hard time with big backs at times. I still expect us to win this one.
