Over last 4 games it won't shock anybody to learn Aaron Rodgers is PFF's #1 graded QB. Number two? Joe Flacco. #Ravens

WOW! way to go Joe! keep up the great Play! Go Ravens!

Interesting - and what happened exactly 1 week before the last 3 games - the bye week where Gary re-evaluated the offense and figured out the best combination of plays to run going forward.  Proof that having the right OC means a lot to every quarterback in the league (also should end the whole "Joe or his offensive system" debate - numbers don't lie).

That's awesome I guess ESPN will destroy all evidence of this and start spouting Brady propaganda

Thats great.   They will add further insult and have Bayless announce it was an error

McCarthy with Rodgers prooves that too .

The Flacco is The Man!

over and under on how long this thread will last?

Probably until all bets are secured.  Hey Tank.  You and I want a win not a spread.

Offensive line blocks=Flacco dominates. It's that simple. Always has been. The targets may as well have jerseys with blank name spots.

Well, the Negative Nelly's will invade it first.

Been saying that forever. This team goes as far as the OL will take them. Thank you Mr. Flacco!!

On a side note, I still do not give a flying monkey's butt what PFF says. Don't need them to tell me Flacco has been playing like a top 3 QB the past month; my eyes told me that already :)

Feeling a nice little playoff run coming?

Same.

But admittedly, I love when he has great stats. Mostly because the people who don't like/believe in him try to center their whole arguments based off his stats.....When they're good, they really have nothing to say.

PFF is another thing though. I don't base my opinions off of their formulas but if I'm unaware of a player and see their grade on them, I keep it in mind.

Absolutely! Unfortunately, I do not have faith that the defense will make critical stops, unlike the 2012 unit....so I am not expecting a trophy, but I will love to have that thrown in my face in a couple months

But what's his QBR?

Just playing. He's been playing great since the bye and I've got what I wanted from him, which was to step up. If the secondary can do the same this team could be trouble. The pass rush just needs to the secondary to force the QB to hesitate just a second for them to get there. The game against the Browns and and Texans should be telling about this team.

The sad part is, thanks to the injuries, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel in our secondary. If we had Jimmy back there, then I'd say it's reasonable to expect the secondary to step up...but....well, don't hold your breath

Think peyton/luck are only playoff matchups that scare me.. Feel like defense will get a little better these last few weeks

Peyton/luck are only two offenses I see that could consistently get ball out fast enough to negate pass rush

But I also believe our offense could keep up against those defenses

And also side note* something isn't right with peyton so that could be a factor as well come playoff time

Yeah, he might win lol

If Jimmy is back there we probably beat the Bengals and Chargers. His absence is definitely noticed. I'm not expecting them to though. I'm just hoping the pass rush amps up for a run. The division can still be won if they just handle their business from here on out.

But what's his QBR?

.

I know you're joking, but he's 6th in the league in that crap, too (one tenth of a point behind Brees and just ahead of Big Ben). They'll probably change it so that doesn't happen again, but he's been top five for the week several times this year, including the three games since the bye (his QBR against SD is the highest for a losing QB this year, I believe).

We're running out of stats to knock him for. Someone get on that and invent a few that show how much he stinks. ESPN and NFL Network will have a bidding war for your services.

Those two teams (and QBs) have not been playing so great the past few weeks. I don't put them above the Pats because Gronk is trouble and the little option route by Edelmen is probably money against us more times than not. I still think we can beat them, but I think they are the scariest, with perhaps the Steelers second.

I don't know anyone who actually uses or respects that stat.

I guess fly was right about year 7. I did expect him to do well this year though under Kubiak and with a better suporting cast and he's coming through. I hope Steve can elevate his play and start making the tough catches he was brought in to make. If I was Harbaugh I might rest Torrey this week to get him some extra time to heal and maybe get SSS in a rhythm for the end of the season, as well as some of the younger guys.

A useless stat in the NFL, but I do like it for college, especially the adjusted QBR for strength of competition.

I think if Steve makes one or two plays that make everyone go, "Wow," from here on out and we make the postseason, there will be more of that to come. He'll have a "show the world" attitude, and Flacco will continue to give him opportunities to make those kind of plays in the biggest moments in the playoffs. That goes for any of our WRs if they make plays, but Steve has an ability we already know that makes him capable of that.

I guess all that throwing to the WR's in the offseason trash is out the door. Not that they would've been the same people. Sheesh, we had a lot of roster turnaround. And joe is still cool steady Joe.
