Kamar Aiken?

I have only 4 receivers on my team and can only play 3 of them I had:

 

1: Julio Jones

2: Alshon Jeffery

3: Kelvin Benjamin

 

I just picked up Kamar Aiken and was wondering if Julio doesn't play, can I count on Aiken to produce?

 

P.S. it is a 12 team 1/2 point PPR League

Honestly I see Aiken as one of these guys who's great to have on your 53-man roster, but not much of a fantasy option (kinda like Juszcyk). Is there no-one else on the waiver wire?
