Rapoport says that Kubes loves the Ravens, has friends here and is not looking to move. I can't get the link now because I'm on my phone, but it's in Rapoport's twitter.

On the chance that he leaves, there are some good pro-style offenses in college football. Maybe the Ravens could snag a good playcaller from a successful team like USC or LSU.

LSU? No thanks, you do know who calls the plays there right???????

@RapSheet: Gary Kubiak has not interviewed yet, but from people close to him, he may not. He loves #Ravens, has friends there, isn’t looking to move

Kinda makes me excited.

The consistency of not changing things up again would be huge for our offense. Add in a developed Gilmore, or heathy Pitta (who knows with him anymore) and this offense should be even better.

I truely believe a big part of us struggling in the redzone this season is the lack of talent at TE due to injury, age and inexperience. If we can find one in the offseason the offense will be dangerous.

Kyle Shannahan Maybe? But that's only if he doesn't become an HC somewhere. He did a really good job in Cleveland with a decent QB at best and an unfinished product with Manziel. Not to mention Gordon was gone for most of the year. The only problem I think he has is that he is pretty abrasive and stubborn

He did a pretty good job in Washington as well.  Even though the team sucked except for 2012, when Rex Grossman was playing the WR would wide open running the full route tree.  Kyle Shanahan is someone I can definitely see the Ravens going after if Kubiak leaves.

Shanahan likes to get too cute with his plays at times.

This is true, but he has a very good offensive mind.  With the right qb his system would work really well.

losing kubiak would be the most disappointing

if he doesn't get a head coaching gig we sure could use him

I don't think he's going anywhere else..... Joe had the best season of his career....  Steve pays him, and he stays.

If Kubes wants a HC job, he will be tough to keep I believe.  Especially with the game he called in Foxboro.  You don't think that caught the Jets or Bills eyes?

Like everyone else said, I can live with the game loss but can't deal with the loss of Kubiak.  The dude is main anchor to our offensive game.

I wish he stays in B-more like Dick LeBeau Pitts...

I read some articles where it says he's very happy in Baltimore and may not be interested in a HC job currently. The right job may change that though.

I doubt he'll be our Lebeau. Rumor has it that he was going to take a year off because he couldn't get an HC position, but Harbs was able to talk him into becoming the Ravens OC.

May be 49ers cuz they are the only team that can attract top coach....would be suck..

Gary Kubiak is a better OC than head coach. Hes probably got interviews lined up for every HC vacancy out there so it will be interesting to see what he will do over the next few weeks. I read somewhere recently that he may not be interested in coaching next year. Hopefully he stays, he truly did revamp our offense, career year for Flacco, career year for Forsett.

If this is true I am going to be so pumped, he has been absolutely great for our offense.

I thought it was more about health concerns, didn't want the stress of being a HC.

Here we go

@AdamSchefter: Bears prepared to make a major push for Ravens OC Gary Kubiak, per source. Kubiak now free to talk with teams about HC vacancies.

Damn the Bears were the one team I was afraid of..... It all depends on what he thinks of Jay Cutler. Because the weapons are in place

Seems like they want Rex Ryan.  The problem is the Jets - they're hiring Mike Maccagnan, it sounds like, and he's got a decent history with Kubiak.

I just saw on NFL.com that Rex will be signing with the Bills.

Oh poor Buffalo :(

Plus since Gary comes from the Shananan coaching tree, it would be a playbook Cutler is familiar with from when he was in Denver.

The Bears were the team I was afraid of as well, please stay Kubiak, you have unfinished business here.
