Shoelace has a mid foot sprain according to Rotoworld, status for Sunday is "up in the air".

Gerhart without snow does not scare me at all. Even though he is better in pass protection than Shoelace.

And now he's offically done for the season...Shoelace that is. (Per Rotoworld)

Nah I think he's talking about the Panthers. Or maybe the Falcons or the Titans.

We just aren't that good against rubbish teams this year, and it could kill us in the playoff race.

Not this year, we've pretty much handled all the bad teams this year.

I've been saying the same since mid season.  You look at the Steelers this year, and everyone says how good they are.  They lost to the Jets and Bucs...  We may not be beating the "good" teams, but we sure as heck haven't lost to the bad teams this year.

If we can find some consistency and be as good in the games we're supposed to win as we are against our divisional opponents, we'd be looking at a top seed. :P

This isn't even remotely true this season. Hello, have you watched the games?

Gotta love Steve Smith Sr.!!  When asked about newly acquired  Antoine Cason.

On what he had to say to CB Antoine Cason the first time he saw him here: “Nothing.”

denard robinson is out for the ravens game. he had the kind of speed that can give a defense trouble. he has a foot problem.

With the playoff race on, they better not!

Over last 4 games it won't shock anybody to learn Aaron Rodgers is PFF's #1 graded QB. Number two? Joe Flacco. #Ravens

Keep it up Joe.

Now that's the shocker of the year (in a pleasant way of course)! Let's go Joe!

don't understand the shock at this. On every qbs best day, i think the only qb better than joe is Rodgers.

The issue is on qbs bad days, joe is one of the worst in the league.

Why is Lorenzo out? Can't find anything

Lorenzo Taliaferro has been diagnosed with sprains in his knee and ankle.
He's "day to day," the Ravens are saying. Taliaferro rushed seven times for 35 yards and had a 20-yard reception in Sunday's win over the Dolphins. Taliaferro is uncertain to play in Week 15 against Jacksonville. Dec 8 - 4:26 PM

This is like a bye week for you guys. Jacksonville? You will win. Of course I remember when my Packers played them at home in 2012 and it was only 14-12 going into the 4th and we were 12-4 and they were 2-14 that year. We won the game 24-15 but it was a scare.

I'm actually expecting something similar. A slightly pedestrian first half as we crash a bit from the Dolphins win, but start to steer things home in the second half and win by two or three scores.

Anything can happen in the NFL though, but I hear ya. Every time I feel like we'll blow a team out, I'm end up being disappointed.

Even though every year in the NFL is different, most of us on this board have been around long enough to remember the 2011 MNF debacle against the Jaguars which is easily one of the worst offensive performances, and one of Joe Flacco's worst performances, in the the John Harbaugh era.  They had a very good defense that season (haven't had anything close to that level on defense since), and they're absolutely miserable both offensively and defensively this season, but i think we're all still edgy from that performance.

Don't worry. I am a Packers fan and I know the Ravens will win this game by just showing up. The Jags are hapless. I do remember watching that Monday night game actually. Wasn't it in Jacksonville though? Trap games usually happen on the road against a team that has a tough defense. This game has neither implication. Ravens win by 28. 31-3.
