This team is a mess. It has no depth. It's poorly prepared and Undisciplined. This is completely reflective of the front office and coaching staff. This season has been horrendous on and off the field. Someone needs to be held accountable for this wreck.

The lack of discipline here is just completely embarrassing.

This right here is my main complaint about Dan Pees. Ever since he's been in charge of the defense it's been really undisciplined and people are constantly making stupid little mistakes. You don't see that with the good defensive coaches of the league.

Personnel was fine in 2012, the D was still bad.

I'd even argue the personnel was okay last year too, and the D was mediocre.
