why is it amazing?

 

Some of us are fans of the ravens not just fan of joe flacco lol.

 

All players on the ravens are equal to me.

 

ive agreed with everyone who said flacco is good not great or elite.

i disagreed with everyone who wanted to trade or cut him or called him a bum and such.

i disagreed with everyone who try to convince others he is a HOF lol

 

ill defend elam like i defended Jimmy and torrey smith when people where calling them bust  or they want them gone and such.

 

i believe in giving players the chance to learn and actually get a fair chance to shine.

 

Elam never got the chance to actually settle down and focus on the SS position alone.

He is playing bad this season but last season wasent bad at all by any means.

 

after his 3rd season i will see if he really is a bust or if he a NFL worthy player.

 

Seriously have you seen all the injuries the secondary had to deal with this season?

Its putting alot of pressure on the less experienced players.

 

not everyone is mentally strong enough to deal with it.

Since you claim all the players are "equal" to you I guess you give everyone 3 years to get things figured out?

There is no slump involved in a good tackle. Just fundamentals. He has some learning to do but time is running past him quick...
