Obviously not good enough though...  You just didn't hear ANYTHING about Joe...  Nothing.

Joe secretly likes it. and so do we. Cause when he wins BIG its so much better.

Did you hear all the Ravens fans in the dome? Far from hostile in the there tonight.

Come on man... Sure, a good amount of Ravens fans made the trip... But to say New Orleans , Monday night football, isn't a hostile environment for the visitor is an asinine thought.

Not true ... Gruden gave him props many times. Even saying his mechanics have improved, and he's becoming a good qb in Kubiaks offense.

yeah, He even took the time to diagram the early skinny post to Torrey and spoke about how great his mechanics and timing were on the play. Chucky was almost tolerable last night.

I really think that we have not yet seen the full positive effect of Kubiak bringing in his system to this team. A new system isn't going to take hold in 1 or 2 games. I think we are gradually improving offensively and hopefully will be at least close to full swing at the end of the season (and hopefully into the playoffs).

I truly hope that Kubiak decides that he wants his legacy to be a well respected offensive leader who was able to take a good unit, but one that has traditionally been very inconsistent, and turn it into a force to be reckoned with.

When I made the comment, I was talking about the postgame group.  Dilfer, Lewis, and Young...  Even Ray wasn't standing up for Joe.  Not even a mention about what a decent game it was for Joe.  Who's QBR was higher than Brees' ...

Just almost?  Gruden was singing our praises ALL night yesterday.  I especially loved when he sung the praises of Pees.  I think too many of us take Pees for granted.  Our redzone defense is phenomenal.

Agreed.  Pees takes a lot of heat around here but he's doing a great job, especially considering the pieced together secondary.

When the Ravens fans travel in droves and you read this about last night, it takes away from the "hostile environment" advantage.  Would you not agree?

I feel like I'm hearing more volume from #Ravens fans than maybe ever from a visiting fan base in here.

No.. sorry. It doesn't. A lot of the play by the visiting team still dictates the crowd involvement. Don't be fooled, it wasnt even a 80/20 split... probabably more like 90/10 if that... Ravens fans are generally loud when the Saints fans are quiet (home fans, offense on field quiet, defense on the field loud.)

Their first TD drive should have been a three-and-out, but the red all the way in the back decided to make up some ridiculous hands to the face call on third and four.

Their second scoring drive, a field goal, well... They called that roughing the passer on Ngata on third and long, and then that "catch" that got confirmed via replay... Ugh.

My point is, their stats looked better than what they should have been. This game wasn't as close as it appeared. I didn't even mention Juice's fumble at the one.
