Can you please explain what you were seeing? Were you watching our live post-game press conferences on the website on the computer, in our mobile app or on our mobile site?

 

I watched the press conferences after yesterday's game -- Harbaugh, Dumervil and Forsett -- and they all played perfectly from the beginning to the end. Can you please describe to me what you saw and the problems you had?

I was watching your live post-game press conferences on the computer. The other audio channel was dead. And it seems that I have the same problem right now with the today's  live post conference "Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh will address the media".

I checked my audio channel with other audio sources and it works just fine. I also tested other videos and everything is fine also. Don't know why the other channel goes mute with these live press conferences. I tried my headphones also because it's hard to hear those reporter questions and the other audio channel is mute.

And it seems that there's some audio and picture problems right now with this live feed. Popping and crackling sounds.

Thank you for the quick response. During today's live stream, I also saw the picture problems and heard the crackling audio and then saw the picture go out. I will address those issues with our video team. Before that, I was only hearing one channel of audio (the left).

 

However, I watched yesterday's post-game press conferences on my computer and experienced no issue with video or audio. You said the other audio channel was dead. Did you have any audio during yesterday's stream? Did you have any issues seeing the video?

Yesterday the other audio channel (right one) was dead also, like today, but the other channel was ok. I had the same audio problem also with the LIVE 11/2: Postgame Press Conference vs. Steelers. Before that I think all the previous live feeds have been working just fine. I just tried other live feeds from the web and they are working fine so I think the problem is at your end.
