[News] Eisenberg: Breakdown Of Ravens' Remaining Schedule

50 posts in this topic

One game at a time . I think it is silly to predict future games . We lose to the Bungals ( and Jimmy S ) when we're 5-2 and on a roll,c'mon . Last year we come off a bye and lose to the lowly Browns ? Last year we went on a semi roll at 3-5 and this year we have upgraded our roster . So let's just relax enjoy the games and let the football cards fall where they may .

Wish and hope I'm wrong, but we have too steep of a hill to climb. We don't make the Playoffs this year. Oh...and we draft a CB first next year. And our new DC will be glad we did.

Not since 2004 and 2005 have the Ravens missed back to back playoffs. Not since the SB have the Ravens beat a team with a winning record.

Imagine this ravens nation, let's say next year by the grace of our Lord gary kubiak stays his second year, Rex Ryan gets fired from NY and comes back as our DC again man that would be a killer coaching staff, also we could trade Webb, pierce, and brown for some pics or CBs in return. I'm a die hard ravens fan I sat in below freezing weather in denver for the playoffs and sat through the whole season opener in denver to but I don't think ravens deserve nor will make it to the playoffs this year, we have been embarrassed by every good team we've played so far. It's easy to beat Crap teams yet we can't win a playoff caliber team. It just seems like we've never been able to draft good secondary players other then REEEED and it's a shame :( I think we should give up drafting secondary players lol,(kidding)

No reason to guess; take them one at a time and fight to win each one. Ten wins are possible. Go Ravens

That's the attitude.  Demoralize the next opposition.  Acquire the win.  Eliminate doomsday chatter. Talk positive.

Some people need to get real I find it highly unlikely we will win on the road against the Saints or the Dolphins. When is the last time we have beat a decent team on the road? Besides for Cundiff missing 2 easy field goals in the Browns game allowing us a W I can't remember us beating an above average team on the road.

After the bye we have to gear up for the Saints and Dolphins. If you expect loss then that karma surrounds you. On paper we are losers according to many here. Our players are the judge of their destiny not dudes with a keyboard and an avatar. Our players have to proove to us they are road warriers like in  '011 and '012. My point is who is the player that will lead us on the road?  We brought Smith here for his personality. Management paid Flacco for a SB and Wins are expected. Time to start winning like the Houston Oilers did in 93 (11 in a row). It's on Joes shoulders!

We will beat the Saints.. Go Ravens!

Watch NFL redzone at your local bar and see how they handle the Niners. The Niners are a 4-4 team!!!  Similar to our position, they have to win many to succeed.

Agreed

And...I'll be at the game!

I was at their stadium and its nice. However, you are envisioning a playoff spot with no chance of division crown. Anything can happen any given week although odds are against us with the resurgent Steelers. The Titans game is the most important game, then NO on MNF, then Chargers then your Miami  game  comes into focus.  I agree their team is a roadblock if we capture our immediate goals  and are in position to take a playoff spot predicated only on their record when we arrive.  The Dolphins play @ Lions, @Jets on MNF,@Broncos, then host us. What Dolphin record would result?

Yeah and the best part is they snapped the Saints 12 game home win streak .  Man that Drew Brees can play. I liked the SF batted ball behind Brees.

Exactly... SOMETHING had an 'issue as J Jones took second half kickoff to the house....

that SOMETHING was worried about an over-under? or perhaps spread?

SOMETHING turned them lights off! and the world must agree that 'timeout?' certainly alterred the Ravens' momentum..... Please New Orleans make sure we have lights when we play there.....
