Hey we get a bye, and with Will Hill looking good and Gorrer stepping up....I am feeling a little better today.

Good win by the Ravens. Started slow but finished strong and took over the game - a lot of it had to do with Brooks' hit on Walker (hope he's alright).

Same here.

Points are part of seeding tie breakers. No other team in the entire NFL does this crap. It is ridiculous.

Good point.  I wasn't even thinking about this.  I was with you though.  It's not our job to keep us from scoring.

Classy?  What the hell is this...

It really is....if they are not calling their 3 T.O.'s you can't be a jerk

Peyton Manning does it. Did it against us when we played the Colts with him.

Yeah common sense says that's not how the sub rule is supposed to work. Otherwise like the announcers said, defenses would just do that every game to make the O burn all their timeouts.

Exactly....

Great 2nd half today, Ravens!  Go to the bye, learn from the first 9 games of this season, come out looking as good as you did in the 2nd half of this game for game 10.

Also, Steelers are punks, and it starts with that head coach of theirs (I'll never forget about that sideline crap he pulled on Jacoby's return).

Eh, net point is like one of the last things to look at.  The Ravens have a lot more to worry about then running it up on a team who is obviously showing a white flag.

It's a very small part and every team will just kneel if the other team can't stop them from running out the clock. Well, not every team, but very few will run up the clock

I can't believe that Steele got pissy because he got flipped for doing something dangerous anyway

Why did we let Gorrer go in the first place again?

at that point we had him as 5th CB behind Webb Smith Graham and Cary Williams. I am glad he's back. Secondary took notice cut the dead weight and bring in guys who can play

That Gorrer INT was just what our secondary needed today. I am so glad Harbs cleaned house with Brown and Franks this week! Also glad to see Hill get the start he look pretty good today.

The way our division is right now - it could well decide the AFCN division crown. Then it won't look so classy will it?

There was around a minute left. If we scored and took off even thirty seconds you could have an injury. There's no need to go for it when you've won the game and could risk an injury.

Steelers loss today is another perfect example of this league ... that you can't look at a schedule and say - "there's a win". Steelers looked like world-beaters these past 2 weeks. Talk about laying an egg.

Why is Cinci not in last place in the div? 5-3-1 is a .556 winning pct. 5 wins divided by 9 games. Balt and Pitt 6-4 is a .600 pct. OMG, just realized they are counting the tie as a half win, hence 5.5 wins divided by 9 games is .611 pct. Is this the correct way for figuring out win pct?

That game is an even better example of individual players and how they can look week to week - last week, Roethlisberger was being touted as a dark horse for league MVP, people talking about how he's "always been a top 5 QB", this week he plays one of the worst games I've seen in a long time, contrast that with Michael Vick, and the way he played last week with 4 fumbles and a pick, to today where he was brutally efficient.
