I think that's stupid, I thought the rule was if the offense substitutes, then you have to let the defense substitute as well? Not the offense has to wait for the defense to substitute. Complete crap, Titans weren't ready and it should have been a penalty on them for holding us up.

Mike Carey didn't seem to know what he was talking about and neither do I.  Why would the offense have to give the defense time to set up?  It should be on the defense to get their butts in gear.  If that's the case, how do hurry up offenses work?  Stay retired, Mikey.
