Man Chester made two great blocks on that first run for McGahee.
And Lo Neal... he's just a big meatball. Gotta love his pancake on the LB
And then McClain's beast of a stiff arm on the safety.

Best of all, it happened when our line and players were tired, and when we needed a CLUTCH play.

lol i seriously laughed out loud when i was watching that video two times.. first when wade philips said that we hadnt done anything rushing all night but without those two rushes we were still averaging about 4 ypc.... idiot ..

Nice block. Its a little denigrating to McClain&Neal but Easterbrook of ESPN Page 2 nominated the defense of McClain's run by the Cowboys as the worst play of the year:

was the guy watching the same play?? he started ranting how neal and mcclain should have been run down.. did he see the 10 cowboy players in the freaking box? they all got put into one neat pile. the only two that had a chance were hamlin and the top cb.. you saw what happened to hamlin and the top cb was blocked nicely by the wr...

thats not just a terrible play but mainly awesome blocking

you cant put everyone in the box and say its bad defense, hamlin was the last line of defense, its not his fault, it shouldnt get to the last resort, its supposed to get handled in the backfield in the best case scenario. what happened to that NFLs best D line?

Great find dude! I love watching that kind of stuff... I play offensive linemen so I love to see great blocking... McClain's run was way more impressive... McGahee had prefect blocking where as McClain had to

juke and stiff arm that guy to the ground... and it was a longer run which for a FB is not easy.

I personally like the McClain and Neal combo... I would much rather have that then have McClain and McGahee combo or even McGahee and Neal combo... I just think McClain gives us a better chance to make

plays.

PROPS TO THE O-LINE GREAT BLOCKING ON BOTH RUNS AND OTHER THEN A FEW MISTAKES THEY PROTECTED THE QB WELL..... NO MORE FUMBLES THOU

If it had been McClain in McGahee's play I don't think it would turn out the same. Similiar if it was McGahee in McClains play. After seeing that it makes me respect the game of football that much more. The type of personell in both blocking in running makes great playcalling great. You don't get lucky two plays in the row. Great calls and even better execution lets see more.

Whats new? Whenever we play well the media hypes on how bad the other team played! I kind of like the underdog mentality though. I think the players feed from it too.
