Week 9 - Baltimore Ravens (5-3) at Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3)

With the way we look, nothing will be easy.

And for those who think it is, the Jags gave the Bengals all they could handle. The Dolphins blanked the Chargers, who won't be easy at home. And we have to go to the Superdome, on a Monday Night. And a trip to Houston? Tell me how that is easy.

EXACTLY, but it was and will be posted, defended, and repeated. Especially after we beat TEN. Ugh.

Coming into the game tonight, Steelers were most penalized team in the league. We are always at the top in penalties. Ravens are one of the least penalized. This complaint just doesn't stand up to the facts…not just this year, but most years.

I just call them like I see them.  The officiating tonight was certainly suspect, and the Steelers were given an illegitimate Suoerbowl by officials.  I don't trust them.

It does this game. The refs got so many wrong. Even the announcers were pointing it out. 3 and 1 - ball clearly well short - gave you the first down - became a TD. 2 neutral zone infractions- both times were false starts. Baltant OPI on Webb. This stuff is on tape man. No denying it.

And just out of the blue.. This game that goes the complete oposite direction..

We get called for a mind blowing number of penalties while Pitt gets nothing

Yea I know they ended up with 7.. Couple late ones that didn't mean anything

I'm sure you can agree that the penalties have been extremely one-sided this game. I've seen a lot of penalties not called on PIT.

Obviously, the facts are that the Ravens were very penalized tonight…but we have been on the other side of this so many times that the "NFL" or "Refs" favor the Steelers is just not backed up by facts.

We blew the Steelers out, and they wanted to return the favor. They got it. Can't fault them for still scoring, we would've done the same.

most of these points were off garbage calls..get off and move on to another team please.

Let's see, Tennessee is as bad as Tampa and Atlanta meaning after this horrible performance, we'll blow them out next week and wonder why we didn't do that tonight.

See!  Now this is why I have much respect for the way the Steelers play!

Already up in the game with less than 2 minutes left INSTEAD of playing conservative and run the ball to burn the clock, they want to EMBARRASS the Ravens by scoring another TD!  I LOVE IT!  If only the Ravens would play with this mentality!  Wow!

@Mili

this comment will probably get a lot of hate but i agree 100%. If we don't like them scoring then we should do our job and stop them. Maybe it'll light a fire on D, doubt it but maybe. getting embarassed can either kill you or bring you alive, really hope the latter will ahppen

So, hoping Cincy destroys them both games. And I mean destroys them.

They probably will as long as they arent primetime games.

The sad part is that we just need 1 threat that can open up the receiving game for every other player on our team and somehow Ozzie has failed to find a player like that.

Amari Cooper. Ozzie, start making calls to the teams who will be ahead of us in the draft so we can get Cooper.

Lol. Yeah, let's try to get a stupid TD here. Like it matters at this point. I'm guessing it's pride. I get that. But it's better to not risk an injury.

Boards. Flacco don't get help lol. Flacco got hit a couple times then he made a Jay Cutler type throw for int.

This whole no help from OLine and WRs thing is a myth. When a QB pump fakes multiple times on 3 straight plays. Rather than dumping it off for positive yards. Or reading a defense presnap and having an out route against the blitz.

One drive Flacco got it quick we punted after couple first downs. But then next 2 drives he's holding the ball hoping for something deep ( like it matters anyway ) because he throws it far but rarely a dime usually 3 yards to far.

he earned it... dude came out of retirement and crapped on a "so called" pro bowl level tackle

If Ed Reed came back and played this well, you bet your butt people would be singing praises.

Rightfully so as well. He played insane tonight!
