Ravens App Video Issues on Android Phone

On the Ravens app, I'm trying to watch the latest pressers from after the game (Harbs and Joe) and the raw reaction segment but can only hear the sound. The screen is black except for a message that reads "Can't play this video"

 

This is for the Android app, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android Version 4.4.2, "KitKat".

 

I can read all the stories and listen to the audio files but there is an issue with the videos

Would you be able to check again and see if you still can't see these videos? I checked on an iPhone and Android phone and all the videos played fine. Wondering if it was a temporary glitch.

They're totally fine now. I looked into it a little further and it seems like an issue with the android platform itself, not being able to play some videos. I restarted the phone and all is well.
