Webb needs to follow Brown.

Agreed & to rekindle enough of what made him so special prior to the injury bug to let our front 7 do their jobs. Asking a lot, but it must happen for us to win this game.

It was a fluke...not to disrespect roethlisberger but don't tell me that 500 yards and 6 td's is something that he could do against an NFL defense on more than one occasion even without their top corner

That was no fluke!  Smh!  Big Ben had a "big" game!  It's just that simple!  His offense was clicking that day!  Joe had a similar game this season as well...it happens!  Now, did I say that he will do that against the Ravens?  No!

I hear ya! To be totally honest, I don't feel comfortable about this game at all. I just don't know which Steelers team will show up…and we have to wait until Sunday night!

I NEVER know which Ravens team will show up from week to week.  So now, I just hope for a "W" regardless of the opponent!

no help from the jags or bucs... lets go birds!

If the Ravens handle their own business from week to week; there will be no need to focus on "help" from other teams!

Well it looks like whoever loses tonight is in 4th place of the AFC North. Now I really don't want to lose...

Hopefully, the Ravens will use this as some serious motivation to get the W tonight!

Bengals won, Browns just won, we normally split with Pittsburg, expect us to be in last place by the time the nights over.

It's possible!  But then again, it is also possible that the Ravens will leave Heinz Field with the W as a result of their dominating performance on LIVE television.

GO RAVENS!!!

Its completely ridiculous to think you can have a winning record and be in last place.

AFCN is just NUTS this season.

All I know is that if Chykie is ever covering Brown that Peas needs to be fired on the spot.

My thinking is that even if we lose tonight's game, 10-6 is still very achievable. Winning tonight would be huge since we'd sweep a division rival; the important thing is to make sure they don't win by more than 19 to keep the tiebreaker if we have to lose. After tonight, I think we beat at least the Titans, Chargers, Jaguars, Texans, and Browns. The Saints and Dolphins games are tougher, but also winnable. We need to gain focus and win as much as possible; a loss tonight wouldn't totally eliminate us, but it would make things harder down the road.

Hope so, my prediction for this team prior to the beginning of the season was exactly that: 9-6 going into the final game against Cleveland with an opportunity to earn a wild card birth, eerily similar to last year. Also predicted we will face Johnny Backup that game too. IF we somehow find a way to win tonight the division title is still in play and so is 11-5. More importantly, I won't doubt this team for the rest of the year regardless of who is lining up at CB!

Either way, we can all take solace in knowing the rest of our schedule gets considerably less difficult from here. Beating the Steelers would just be huge, though. It would feel weird to be at the bottom of the division; still a possibility we could have three AFC North teams in the playoffs this year. Dolphins and Chiefs seem to be the biggest competitors outside of our division for the wildcard spots.

Going into this season, I predicted a 10-6 season. Unfortunately, I had this being one of our losses. Hopefully, I am wrong, but I don't like our chances.

We lose, we sit at 5-4. Schedule may be a tad easier as we won't see Cincy and Pitt again, but no solace in my mind as to the remaining games. I will give ya Titans, Jags, and Houston as Ws, and probably even SD in our house, .... leaving us 9-4, but NO is a tough out in their place, and MIA can't be taken lightly, ...we lose those we sit at 9-6 leaving CLE as the last game of the season and they aren't a push over anymore.

I just want to see our Ravens look crisp, sharp and on point on both sides of the ball tonight!  Get off to a very fast start and maintain it throughout the game to get the W.  In other words; I need to see that they are hitting their stride in becoming a playoff team to be feared!  Beat the Steelers!

GO RAVENS!

I wouldn't be surprised to see us fall to NO, but Miami and Cleveland have both proven to be very inconsistent. I'm not worried about Cleveland since they just barely beat the Buccaneers at home today and we get to face them at the Bank; as for the Dolphins, honestly I think it depends on the day. It probably won't be easy, but they're still inconsistent.

I truly feel like we shouldn't have to be saying this every week, especially on the road. However, they leave us no choice. All I want is a win.....given the fact that the competition for an AFC Wild Card spot is looking tougher by the week.

I am stoked, hyped, and ready! We need this W, the whole division is bunched up and tie breakers could come into play at the end of the season. Of course I'd much rather see us get on a roll and just take the title, but it's just not that easy any more. Play like a Raven boys and make a big statement. Ravens all the way!!    :flamethrower:
