Week 8 - Baltimore Ravens (5-2) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-2-1)

No the Flacco int when Torrey got hit with the ball in the air

That was a rub route, the ref probably ruled incidentally contact. Really the Ravens called the route to intend to be like that, but Torrey just got bumped because of it.

17/34, 2 picks, and 0 TDs...

Don't know how anyone can defend him today.

It's pretty amazing we almost won.

But how pathetic to get swept by the freaking Bengals, who aren't even that good.

Knew that would bite us. I was screaming when it happened. And here we are, 3 point loss.

Same [profanity deleted] last time we played them.

The referees should *not* determine the end of a game, ever. No. No. No. I call BS. Smith Sr. should have had that touchdown. If they won't penalize dirty Bengals players' hits, they shouldn't penalize our guy.

Bengals have turned into the Steelers for us... just speechless... being outcoached and outplayed game in and game out by the Bengals is beyond humiliating.

Worst call I've seen in a long time. How much did the refs have on the Bengals for this one? That was a weak offensive pass interference at BEST and you take away a 80 yard game changer like that. Ridiculous.

Come on guys do NOT blame this loss on the refs, the team came out flat until the end of the 3rd qtr.

That ref crew was awful, inadvertent whistle in the first half said a lot to me, and you are correct they should have played well in the first half.

With all of that, we almost had the game winner - but good teams win the close games.  There's still plenty of season to go, but we've got to find a way to close out deals like that, whether it's starting better or finishing stronger.

Looising to indy a team beter than us is cool but loosing to a fraud team twice is unacceptable. I knew this defense was gonna give up a bs drive to Andy freaking Dlaton !!

This is not a good way to go into Heinz field. If the Steelers win against the Colts, and I don't doubt that they will take care of business, then a win over Baltimore will put the Ravens in third place in the division.

Yeah, wasn't the refs' fault Aiken dropped a TD.

It's the playcall. The very call that Dalton beat us on is the call we should use in that situation. Spread the field, run a 6'5" QB up the middle and then celebrate.

I know what you're talking about, but it was inadvertent contact

Torrey got a concussion, inadvertent contact or not, it is still PI. If they weren't going to call that, then the Steve play shouldn't have been called either or the Mosley play.

The penalty flag was just wrong they were both fighting for the ball and the DB blatently flopped

I agree but they got the ball with 5 mins left at their 20, why couldn't our d stop them? How many 3rd downs did they convert? And why?

lose is on flacco

im 100% convinced he will never be elite

The first interception was ugly, but Flacco put them in the position to win that game. Steve Smith is the one who got the flag and put them in the position to have to convert 20 yards.
