Our Match Up Following Pre-season Games.

7 posts in this topic

Well so far, every team on our schedule to play in regular season has LOST, in pre-season!!

Cinci, Pats, squeelers (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Now it's time for our team to kick some serious a** in this Monday's Pre-season game.

I realize that it's all about finding out about your rookies etc........ However, it always feels good to WIN!! Oh, and by the way; see S**tsburgh LOOSE!! HAPPY 75TH ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!

GO RAVENS : :P

Browns won but they even said they won with basically an unorganized batch of QB's.. KC looked bad I heard so it wasn't a hard win at all. When we face them we will destroy them for SURE. Did anyone see the game I didn't catch it to see if on the carries Jamal got if he actually did anything? Or he looked like the same up the middle pitty pat Jamal that was in Baltimore.

Jamal had one run for 15 yards and 3 for the other 5 yards for a total of 20. It SOUNDS like a nice average, but I don't think we need to "worry" about facing him.

Jamal had 1 decent run from what i saw (he was taken out in, i think, towards the end of the 2nd quarter) but for the most part, the O-Line seemed to be collapsing somwhat and Jamal just couldnt get those yards, both of Clevelands QB's seemed to be "out of it" and were (at times) throwing the ball into places they shouldnt and they were mis-reading routes and there seemed to be some confusion on who's supposed to be where and when, also both QB's really REALLY need to work on timing....balls were over thrown, under thrown...it just wasnt a good game for them....

i guess jamal didnt somewhat decent with one 1 rush for about 15 yards and another 2-3 carries for 5 more, for a total of 20 yards, we'll have to wait and see How his production will fare in the regualr season when he's playing all 4 quarters,

he also had 15 yards recieveing)

But all in all from that first showing from the browns, i see nothing to worry about..however, things CAN and will change, seeing how this is the NFL, where anything can and will happen

Don't get too caught up on Pre-Season, who wins or loses means nothing.

The Raiders were either 3-1 or 4-0 in it last year. In any case, they won more games in the Pre-Season than in the Regular Season.

And I have said it countless time, but the Colts were 1-9, in their last 10 games, the Patriots lost to the Raiders by 30 something a few years back.
