Or Burfict can just face Flacco's beer gut.  Worked the first time.

Haha.......it was a wee bit south of his beer gut.

Cincy's defense has come unglued in the past few weeks - I think we continue that trend.  Yeah it sucks that Daniels is out, but I think Juice and Gilmore will more than adequately fill his spot.   And I believe Cincy has given up more yards to tight ends than any other team in the league.

I don't know if I'm the only who notices this, but I have a feeling that Dean Pees calls more aggressive plays at home. With an "improved" secondary, I'm curious to see how aggressive Pees will call plays and how often.

I believe Burfict will have a serious wrist and elbow sprain trying to turn a Raven's ankle this week while the Raven walks up totally unbothered!

Hopefully Burfict doesn't try that on Smith Sr. He might end up in the hospital and Smith Sr might get ejected. Lol

With our much improved secondary, I don't really care whether AJ Green plays or not but the latest reports are not positive for Green and the Bengals:

He is too important for that team, they'd be wise to let nasty injury completely heal before he suits up again.

Yeah, if I recall correctly an ongoing turf toe injury slowed Ray Lewis down for years late in his career. If Green's out, I think we win. We're the better team atm even with him in there, but that'd be a huge loss.

In fact, I would love for K.O or somebody to target his butt, and nail him so bad, he never ever thinks of playing dirty ever again!

Targeting Burfict is just as bad as him intentionally rolling someone's ankle.

First Ravens game on the TV here in Australia this season, big news for me as my internet connection is pretty lame. We win in a close one. Go Ravens!

Happy birthday Static!

I wish you a Ravens win for your birthday, I think a lot of other people are as well.

I don't wish injury on anyone, even the Steelers, I pray for no injuries on either side today.

The Bengals are smarter than the steelers who played Ben in the 49'ers game only to have his ankle totally destroyed and then they fired Ariens, and the rest is history. That was the greatest Ravens victory that season, getting so under the steelers skin they fired their best coach. I hope the Bengals learned from that and are letting green heal properly, aside from saving the player it can save a season and jobs.

I think they will win today, I am cautiously optimistic.

Go Ravens!

Now I heard that the Bengals' defense is putrid against the run. Regardless, score fast and don't let up. I would like to see some more of LT.

You're the only NFL fan from Australia I've ever known. Greetings from Baltimore!

In the first game our stats were 20 rushes 62 passes!!!  We did not sack Andy.  With run/pass balance and eliminated pass despairation, we could only get better.

This D is "The Ravens D" which is way better than the first game and more in line with our reputation..  In that first game, The D held the Bengals to FGs and limited the loss to 7 points. With all the great work we had accomplished from week 2 to 7 all of us have to feel better about this game and a firm stranglehold on the division.

A.J is 100% not playing. I'm not scared of the Bengals. Look at us the past 3 weeks and then look at them. They look like they belong in 4th place.

Even if he is, as long as our coaching staff don't make the same mistake by putting Chykie on him, we should be in good hands.

I heard that AJ Green was out today on ESPN about 30 minutes ago. Surprisingly the Falcons are beating up the Lions right now. "Any Given Sunday"

The Lions are nowhere near full strength right now. Off the top of my head they are missing 2 TEs, Fairley , Mosley , and Megatron. Also Golden Tate I believe.

So it appears that Pierce is inactive. Interesting...now I may get to see some more of LT.

LT needed to get Pierce's snaps a-long time ago. LT seems to already be a better receiver and pass blocker

I am surprised Pierce is a healthy scratch today. They must feel that Lorenzo's style will be better fitted against the Bengals front.

Was surprised at BPs scratch as well, but I think we're going with the better overall back in LT.  Maybe not quite as explosive, but BP hasn't been able to take advantage of his own skill set.

I think Green is officially inactive because it said so on Fox Sports' ticker thingy at the bottom of the screen. Time to see how our defense responds.
