Week 7 - Baltimore Ravens (4-2) vs. Atlanta Falcons (2-4)

Really ESPN? Selling Flacco, Ben, and Dalton but buying Hoyer. What a joke!

With the Browns playing the Jags, Raiders and Bucs over the next 3 weeks, I don't think picking up Hoyer would be a terrible idea.  Of course, playing a Browns QB comes with a lot of risk :D

If Stewart struggles I wonder if they'll put in Hill.

"If" Stewart struggles?

I doubt they put in hill, even though they should. But I read this week hill is just doing special teams. I guess they feel he might not know the defensive playbook yet, which is a joke because our defensive playbook is:

-Don' t bother stopping the other team until they are inside your 20

-try to hold them to a field goal

-we are supposed to stop them on third down?

I rewatched the Tampa game and Franks didn't look good. At all.

Probably a little rusty. Hadn't seen live action in a while.

I hear it's going to be windy today. If that forces ATL to run it more than usual, our run D should be able to limit them. Hopefully it takes a bit of zing out of their deep game, because I feel like Julio Jones could torch our secondary unless Jimmy Smith puts a lock on him.

Very nervous but can't figure out why. Does anybody else have the same 'pit in the stomach' feeling? I hate these 'trap' games where everybody (even the haters) have to predict a Ravens victory!

Did you see how uncomfortable Jamie Dukes was when he took the Ravens to win? The other two enjoyed seeing him squirm when he had to pick the Ravens to win!

I hate this type of games as well because the Ravens often don't live up to expectations. I prefer when everyone is doubting us.

I also hate facing desperate teams. I hate streaks like "Atlanta has lost 9 consecutive outdoor games" because all streaks are bound to end at some point.

Comcast = fail.  Trying to find a link online...

Not really Comcast's fault.  Its CBS, FOX and the NFL rules.

Unfortunately, the only real (legal) way around it is as Zeus said, DirecTV w/ Sunday Ticket.  But DirecTV blows, so I shan't be switching to that anytime soon.

Ok Manning only needs 2 passes to set a record, I get it, but do we need a story about all 406 TD passes. Come on ESPN  there are 30 other teams besides the Broncos and the Cowboys. I guess the only thing that would stop ESPN from talking about Dallas or Peyton Manning would be if the Cry Baby from New England was playing today.
