Next week looks like it's going to be fun.  There's a Ravens game at the same time though...

I wonder if the next episode sticks with Daryl and Carol the whole time, sort of covering the same exact period of time as this one and ending in the same place.

I hope so.  I've been wondering what Beth has been up to lately.  I'd rather see how she got where she is rather than what she's doing there now.

I have a feeling next week ends with Carol walking out the woods comforting Beth.

Another great episode though. Was beyond happy and extremely satisfied to see Gareth get killed.

Anyone else at first thought Morgan was responsible somehow at first for shooting the cannibals? I thought it was a sniper who shot his hand and he immediately came to mind... Rick's got some serious accuracy haha.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the next episode though. It's also possible Daryl was forced to come out by the ones responsible for the kidnapping.

Beth looked good though in that preview

Haven't seen the final cut scene of Beth but it was explained to me..

My initial reaction about the end of the episode was wondering why daryl was so loud first of all... He would never make that much noise in any kind of wooded area so that made me think the ones in bush weren't all friendly people

Overall loved the episode..

This by far my favorite season... They focused heavy on emotion and I absolutely love it.. Facial expressions have been on point..

Andrew Lincoln has been dominating the screen again which is what the show needed...

Was sad to see glen/Maggie driving off

What you said. Focus is back on Rick and he's not playing around. I said the same thing to my fiend when the show was over about Glenn. He doesn't have the right mentality to hang with the group as is now. Happy to see Michonne get her swagger back too.

Never mind. Reread what you typed. I was happy to see Glenn and Maggie go.

I agree.  This season is giving a whole new tone.  There's so much more action as opposed to character development, which I feel like they've made a key element for the last 3 seasons unfortunately.

I'm kind of mad that they let Glenn and Maggie drive off as well.  I think the show works best when everyone is together in a group.  All of the different story lines last season kind of bored me, honestly.

Drugs are bad.

...

I didn't like seeing them leave. Glen basically sacrificed himself and Maggie for the good of the group, but doesn't maggie know her sister is still missing? She wasn't reluctant at all to leave. I don't like the direction their characters are going. Rick & friends are short on muscle as of now until we find out what happens with Carol, Daryl and Michonne.

Lol.

Plenty if those you mentioned are Ok and in great condition if Morgan joins them with a little more mental stability.

I really think that there's a good possibility that Glenn and Maggie left with them because I'm guessing something will happen with that crew and Abraham probably dies and it will be up to them to help escort Eugene to Washington DC. Just a guess, I could be totally wrong, lol. Walking Dead isn't the easiest show to predict. Just a hunch, IMO.

Looks like next week is all about Eugene and the rest of that group.  I'd kind of like to see who's coming out of the woods with Daryl, but I guess it's cool to make that 3 weeks later…  I have my theories but I really do hate how this show abandons story lines at times.

Nothing more I hate about this show is when they stick with one storyline the entire episode. Another reason I didn't like Glen and Maggie leaving because I knew it was coming

Yeah I wasn't a fan of this episode overall.  I think they dug too deep to try to explain everything that happened in this episode.  If they wanted to tell the story, split it up over a couple of episodes and add in the other story lines.  I think they tried to hard to slam everything in at the beginning and it become jumbled and unclear for the most part.

I'll say it should've been though!

Sasha should also be played by Kima...... Would probably be too many former Wire characters though.

Carol.

I think she's faking now though lol

Me too. I think she scouted the place out and saw what they were doing. Hate the back and forth though. Was happy to Glenn go til I realized they would do back and fourth with the groups.

I'd rather watch an episode following a walker than have to deal with Glenn and Maggie for an entire episode.
