That long tie game should hurt the bengals here. If only it was a Thursday game. Maybe someone knows, but I believe there is a stat about these long overtime games hurting teams the following week. And the colts have the extra rest. They could wear out cincy here especially if they run fast.

That half game stuff is stupid. Ties only count in tiebreaker scenarios. A 10-2-4 team isn't gonna win a division over an 11-5 team. As far as I'm concerned the Bengals have won 3 out of 5 games which is 60% below our 4 out of 6. We are 1st they are 2nd. Endo story.

 

Except that a 10-2-4 team WOULD win a division over an 11-5 team.

 

10 wins + 4 half-wins = 12/16

 

Which is better than 11/16.

 

10-2-4 is a better win-loss-tie percentage than 11-5.
