But if the blitz is picked up, which is more likely with a good front, you're going to pay for it.

so your happy rushing 5 v 5 against a good line and not getting pressure?

They're getting pressure without a blitz about as consistently as they are with the blitz against good fronts, so I'm happy they're not making dumb decisions

they certainly arent. That first half was by far and away the most pressure we've got in any game let alone half

Key word was good, and they actually got a fair amount of pressure with just four man rushes. They certainly got more pressure with the blitz, but they also won their match ups when they didn't blitz

i duno, saying you won't blitz again a good line and you'd rather sit back and still we give up almost more pass yards than any other team doesn't seem like its working to me. Each to their own

one quick crazy question that will probably get a lot of negativity but would Webb for Murray from the Cowboys too crazy to become reality. I like football but I'm not really into the salary and contract thing. so my question is, is this possible ?

In all honesty, with how Daryl has been playing, I would like to see him blitz more through the A gap while our front 4 rush. I think he'd do better at that than his coverage, which has been spotty.

With how poor Smith has been, it really kind of angers me that they don't play Arthur at all.

I agree. I still think Smith added too much weight and it's affecting his coverage. He looks so slow out there.

Hey guys not here to talk smack because frankly this should be a good game...should be a shootout....but it will be my first time at m&t bank and was wondering if it's able to catch the visiting team while loading buses to get autographs like at fed ex field???? It's not very often I get to see my dirtybirds play so I'm just hoping its a competive game considering our defense is trash and Steve smith will be looking to blow up against his ex rival

Tucker better get his leg warmed up cause he'll need to kick that ball out of bounds every kickoff, better to not even challenge Devin Hester back there, he's just as elusive as he was 10 years ago.

Considering the injury history for both, straight swap would be fair. We need a corner though, our RB is coming from Alabama in 2016 draft.

You'll only be able to catch the buses loading at their hotel. At M&T the buses unload inside (under) the stadium).

I don't see a "shoot out" as some are predicting. They have an abysmal oline and our front seven should be in Ryan's face within a few seconds. And they surely aren't going to run on us either, so how are they going to keep up with our scoring potentiall?

Just to make sure I understand...

You're asking the Cowboys to trade the best RB in pro football right now (who is making $1.4M at an extremely cheap position) for a corner who can't consistently stay on the field and is making $3.5M a year with a double digit cap number?

Even Madden probably wouldn't let that trade go through.

In real life, its a laugher at best.

Yes, it was an attempt at a joke.

I know they don't usually say which hotel they stay at but would anyone know where the visiting team usually stays at?

When I went to the Redskins-Falcons (in Washington) game for my brother's birthday, we went to the visitors tunnel and got autographs as they walked in and out of the tunnel

Jokes are lost on rmcjacket23. He is very pointed and is trying to educate this board, per his own admission. I applaud him for this, otherwise, I couldnt even spell NFL before his arrival.

What is that, a type of blitz coverage or something?

Flacco will show his eliteness by slapping Ryan with his superbowl ring.

Now that would be funny.
