We can say what we want about Kubes offense and the running game, but without Flacco this offense just wouldn't be good imo

We need the running game to get the passing game going, but our main weapon is clearly the big play.

Put the backups in now. There's no way they're coming back and there's no reason to risk any further injuries. Take the hit on Aiken as a sign.

I think Joe Flacco set up the run today

This offense wouldn't have the opportunities to execute without Kubes as he is THE most important new variable in this equation.

we haven't had many big passing plays this year from memory.

Our big weapon appears to be a wide receiver slant for 7 to 10 yards imo

so just for your pondering:

if not for 9 seconds, versus the Steelers & the Ravens - Cleveland would be 5-0, atop the Division & the only undefeated team in the NFL.

I'm mad they ran that TD in - wanted Flacco to have a shot.

With no Monroe and Osemele..no doubt this is the best offense we've had in franchise history. The fact that we won a SB in spite of Cam Cameron really makes you wonder what kind of damage we can do under Kubiak..

I say we try to break 50 points.

What is the most points the Ravens have ever scored?

Yep, besides his play calling and scheme, he solidified the ZBS so our O-line and offensive coordinator are on the same page with blocking unlike last year with too many chefs in the kitchens. Shout outs to Zuttah too.

56 iirc. Though it was the Raiders, so it really has an asterisk by it.

No we don't we just need the running game to keep defenses honest. The run and the pass plays into each other. The Ravens have just as much success running the ball because LBs are hesitant to commit to the run because of the Slant being completed behind them as they do with passing the ball because of the run.

This game much like ever other we've won, the Ravens passed the ball to get the lead and ran the ball to close out the game. Both functions work hand in hand, but the Ravens don't "need" the running game to be able to pass the ball.
