Week 6 - Baltimore Ravens (3-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-4)

Well we're playing a bad team. Not that I'm unhappy or anything but I fully expected this. Anyone who didn't expect us to beat the Bucs today in effortless fashion is foolish.

I'm not ready to call the Ravens world beaters based off of this, but the Bucs were in every loss that they had except for one and the Ravens are not a good road team so I wouldn't call it foolishness to think this wouldn't be an easy game, but that's just my opinion.

is it just me or did some one turn our D on monster mash mode?

I think it's a result of the offense starting fast. I feel you play a lot more loose when you have a lead

No, you provided zero sources, just said our site said it. I'm sure it's pure coincidence the linebacker lined up across from the running back rushes the passer when the running back blocked

With an expertly timed delayed blitz late in the first quarterSunday, Ravens rookie inside linebacker C.J. Mosley shot through a gap in the Indianapolis Colts' offensive line.

Later in the first quarter, Mosley charged forward on a rare blitz, quickly covering 15 yards before delivering a textbook hit on Luck, whose pass flopped into the hands of Haloti Ngata.

Listened to every presser / show about the team and Mosley and can't find anyone explicitly say the playcall one way or another but, even still, since you agreed to a posted definition of a blitz that was something like 'when a player vacates their normal responsibility to rush the QB' wouldn't the instance you're describing fall into that?

Meaning that it actually was a blitz and that PFF stats about our production during blitzes wasn't correct, and that they're no more knowledgeable about what they're seeing that you or I?

-----------------

ANYWAYS, our offense decided to show up on the road. It's awesome, go Torrey!

You have to press Torrey at the line if you want to stop him. If he has a free release, he'll get a lot of catches.
